Great value
This is an excellent replacement unit for a great price, that I installed myself in about 45 minutes saving over $1,000. It is a quality unit and it solves a non-response issue I had with the old screen. It includes instructions with photographs and tools. I would suggest skipping the written instructions and watch a couple of YouTube videos. Anyone who knows how to use a screwdriver could do it. I would absolutely buy this again and after having done one, I could repeat this process in about 35 minutes.

More tools than expected!
Haven't installed, but just opened the not only package and was pleasantly surprised to see it comes with the trim removal tool, they also include a magnetic phillips screwdriver, and 7mm nut driver(not mentioned anywhere) needed to disassemble the cue unit itself. Will update review after installing this weekend. Update: Install went smooth, used "cuescreens" video on YouTube, had the whole job done in about an hour. Everything works better than ever! I would recommend getting a magnetic 7mm socket and nut driver to help you do this job

Awesome replacement, perfect fit!
Install went super smooth on my 2016 Cadillac ATS. Touch works perfect now and no more spider webbed screen! Hopefully it truly lasts longer than the stock screen did. Videos made it easy.

Works great - looks great
Works perfectly and looks fantastic on my 2014 Cadillac SRX, install wasn't difficult after watching the step by step video. I Literally saved over 500 dollars vs going to the dealership.🙂 Highly recommended.

Cadillac CUE screen replacement
Excellent product works as it should, good instructions but videos on line were more helpful. It's nice to see an after market products with this much quality. Take your time installing, watch on line videos, it took me 3 hours taking apart 3 times because I wanted to make sure had it right.

Nice quality replacement screen.
I used the enclosed instructions and a YouTube video to get this done. It looks great. It works great. The instructions would benefit from better/larger pictures. A few of the images were difficult to see the precise location of the screws. But if I can do it, anyone can.
