Columbia CRESTWOOD™ Womens SHOES

Not a hiker. First hike in 8 years, went to pretty tough terrain (slope, water, mud, gravel) but these shoes are amazing. Lightweight. Didn’t get blisters cos i had taped the areas that would normally get most abrasion. Water did seep in through the perforated textile parts of the shoes. All in all satisfied.

I do a 6 km daily brisk walk over multiple surfaces: asphalt, dirt, gravel, and forest trails involving rocks & tree roots, and in the winter over packed snow and ice (with crampons). When my old favourite hiking shoes fell apart and---gasp---were no longer available, I ordered these Columbia Crestwood shoes instead. They're excellent...I couldn't be happier. They're sturdy, well-made, and excellent quality. After six months of daily use, they're still looking great and going strong...they're going to last me a loooong time. They fit my average size/shape feet perfectly, and were comfortable from day one---no breaking-in period needed. Excellent support---they keep my feet securely positioned in the shoe with no sliding around, which means I can confidently maneuver over roots and uneven rocks knowing I'm not going to roll over on my ankle. They're also nice and 'grippy'...I've only ever slipped on bare ice, where any other shoe would have, too; only crampons work on ice. I'm so pleased with these shoes that I ordered a second pair to have on hand in case they're no longer available when the first pair wears out. Highly recommend.

Son de excelente calidad, vienen un poco más grandes, así que pedí 3.0 en lugar de 3.5 y me quedaron perfecto. Llevo aprox un mes de usarlos y son muy cómodos para senderismo

Bequemer Schuh. Leider überhaupt nicht wasserdicht. Bei leichtem Regen 1x getragen, klitschnasse Socken!
