I heard this is really healthy. I am using this as tea with lemon added. Quite warming
It does have a powdery back taste so I advise to filter the tea and add lemon. It’s really refreshing after a whole day of hard work and quite relaxing. If you are pregnant and breastfeeding you should seek medical help.

I used it as a treatment, due to the health risk, but it still works as a hair treatment, just the results are a lost slow, but works.

Really high quality He Shou Wu
You can really taste the quality and it's ready to use which is convenient for my routine. I used to use finasteride to keep my hairloss from further recession but since I've been using this over the last few months my hair has become noticeably thicker. Would recommend.

Useless product, don't waste your money
Used for 4 months with 0 benefit. Absolute crap. Additionally, some stomach issues started.

Have it on coffee
Actually enhances the flavour of some cheaper instant coffees. Seems good but can't say it's improved hair growth at all. Taste is surprisingly good.

1st packet finished
I don’t see results yet but I’ll give it a couple more months. What I like is the flavour. It’s my “pretend coffee” in the morning and I don’t even need to sweeten it. Obviously, if I don’t see benefits in 2 months I will have wasted my money in a £200kg coffee replacement 😛
