I’m really impressed with the Xega 4G camera. It was very easy to set up — everything worked perfectly right out of the box with no issues at all. I’m using it in an area with no WiFi, and it works brilliantly over 4G. The solar panel keeps the battery well charged, even with regular use. The picture quality is excellent both during the day and at night — really clear and reliable. I’ve turned off motion detection as the live view is sufficient for me. I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by the customer service team after purchase — Kiki emailed to help me register my warranty and even offered an SD card or cloud storage at no extra cost. A really thoughtful touch that shows how much they value their customers. Overall, I’d highly recommend the Xega 4G camera — great quality, easy setup, and fantastic support!

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great camera and even better support!** I purchased the Xega 4G CCTV camera for monitoring a remote property, and overall it’s been a great choice. The picture quality is clear, setup was straightforward, and it’s very reliable once connected. I did run into an issue with the camera going offline due to a problem with the SIM card. Thankfully, Anna from technical support was fantastic — she responded quickly and had the issue diagnosed and fixed in less than 24 hours. Now everything is running perfectly again. Excellent customer service and a solid product — highly recommend!

We bought this camera with little expectation due to its competitive price. It arrived promptly. My husband and I are not very techy so together we unboxed it wondering how difficult it was to set up and how long it would take us. Well!!! Everything was sorted within 15 mins!! It was SO easy to do with the instructions provided. The App is easy to use and set up your preferences and also allows access for both is us on different devices. The image is very clear. The night camera superb and the streaming excellent. I even viewed with no issues from Dubai! We had a very small issue when the camera disconnected and then righted itself but I had already logged an error with the support team (again very easy to do through the App) The Service Agent that picked up my log was extremely efficient! He didn’t just exit once he knew the fault had resolved itself. He advised of the available 3 year warranty we hadn’t taken advantage of and also offered us a free gift. Joey you were an absolute pleasure to deal with. If only all companies had Customer Service Agents as polite and engaging as you! Thank you to you and the Team. Definitely, absolutely recommend

I purchased a few of these as we had issues with intruders and put them on three corners of the house front, back and side. We've had them for over a year now and they've proved to be very reliable, good quality cameras that offers great viewing and functionality with the tilting up & down, plus the 180 degrees pan. The initial set up was very user friendly and extremely easy to do. The HD quality frames are very good offering clear pictures and the solar panels have kept it in charge within around 90-100% range in good weather when in non full recording mode (motion trigger on 20-30 second recording mode) During the UK winter when it's pretty wet and cold, the battery does diminish quicker as to be expected. It's a simple job to detach from the bracket and it only takes a few hours to charge indoors. I've also purchased the yearly cloud recording service and it saves them for 30 days, of which you can also download the recordings immediately or alternatively you could save them on an SD card. I chose the 4G cellular standalone connection as opposed to WiFi as I preferred the ease and convenience of having them on independent mobile networks, without having to physically connect them to a WiFi router or be at the mercy of intermittent WiFi connections. That has also proved to be a good choice. Finally the customer service has been very prompt, friendly and very helpful when I've had minor issues, which a refreshing change. Overall I'm very happy with this product and service. I would highly recommend & would purchase this brand and from this company again in the future.

This is a very good and reliable camera to use. Fast and easy installation. I recommend this camera 100%. Picture is clear And the sound is great. Had a slight issue with it being offline, contacted customer service had a reply with in 24hrs and all fixed. Thank you ANNA for your help and for the gift you gave me very grateful.

Great camera. It’s working well so far no issues. I got my own SIM card for it so can’t give an opinion on the sim/service it comes with. I can move the camera around and we can talk back and forth. Set up was easy. It took me a moment to figure out how to add other people but I got there in the end. Customer service was great help in sorting out the 3 year warranty. Will be ordering another one or maybe two soon.

I am very happy with my camera, it’s solar charge has continually worked since September of this year, so 4 months and through the shorter daylight days too. and I have not had to charge it myself, which is fabulous, the view on it is amazing and I can move it easily to see everything I need to with good distance too ! I would thoroughly recommend this camera set up and customer services have been very good, Anna helped me with an IT issue.

Worked great for the trial period, no complaints. Signed up for their data plan when the trial ran out. Few days later, camera goes offline for a few hours overnight. When it came live again signal strength had gone from a solid four/five bar to an intermittent one bar. Camera was as good as useless. After several frustrating weeks, two new Sims and two replacement cameras later I gave up. They simply couldn't admit what was blindingly obvious, they switched network provider to a cheaper one with rubbish coverage. Maybe if you live in a city you'll be fine, but is it worth the risk? I ended up buying a camera and plan from a different company, and haven't looked back.

Acabo de comprar 3 camaras y carecen de Ranura para tarjeta SIM la traen interna en Mexico no hay doporte para recargas., no lo describen en la compra, Hace 1 año compre 4 y todas funcionan perfectamente con su ranura para el SIM ya que se usan en México con compañias de telefonía locales... Las tiendas deben de checar ese detalle ya que son obsoletas en muchos paises.

Fiable et robuste. C'est la 2eme caméra du même modèle que j'achète. La première a 2 ans et a résisté à toutes les intempéries! Liaison 4G facile avec EiotClub. Appli Ubox fiable et pratique. Je m'en sers comme caméra de détection de gibier sur mon territoire de chasse et elle détecte bien les animaux. Seul bémol, elle déclenche en cas de vent fort et parfois à cause du soleil, mais c'est le cas de beaucoup de caméras dans cette gamme de prix!

Me encanta, he tenido otras camaras del estilo, pero esta va genial. Carga incluso con poca luz, siempre esta al 100%, se conecta rapido, la imagen es buena. Echo de menos opciones como hacer time lapse, pero bueno, eso no estaba en las especificaciones. Ademas tiene un precio buenisimo. Yo le tengo una tarjeta de datos de mi compañia y va de lujo.

Camera works as described, had an issue with the sim card not working but customer service were very helpful & quickly resolved the issue. Big thanks to Kiki from Xega for all the help & registering the camera for warranty.

It is misleading & cheating to display Indian buyers because it in inbuilt 4 g sim and mandatory to recharge. Hefty exorbitantly data recharge, no where in Amazon mentioned that inbuilt sim from outside India telecom provider, very pathetic from Amazon cheating Indian public and no replacement no return
