A good thermometer that is easy to use.

I always used one of these for work…and then Covid came and brought with it the touchless thermometers. Having tried several of those, I’ve concluded that they all suck. I’m going back to what works and gives me a reasonably accurate temperature, and so far it’s proven itself. It’s easy enough to clean with a sani wipe. It took me a bit to get used to using again, but it’s quick, easy and accurate. While as an old school nurse, nothing will ever be as accurate as a rectal temp, this is close and much more agreeable.

I needed a replacement thermometer as my prior Covid purchase was going haywire- it switched to Celsius and turns off during use. It's very easy to use and quicker than a digital thermometer.

I can't find a way to re-calibrate this product. It always has me a degree above normal, even though I am no longer sick. In the meantime, I get a range at least! I will probably return it.

Surprisingly this is a nice, accurate, easy to use digital thermometer . When I ordered it I was not. expecting much because it is so inexpensive. I live by myself so I rarely need to check my temp. If I still had young children at home I would have picked a more expensive thermometer because it would be more durable and faster (I think) . For my situation this model is perfect.

This thermometer didn’t function well in my experience. At first, it worked great, although I would have to hold it on the temple for what seemed like far too long, but then it started giving wildly different readings, for the same person just a minute apart. I tried new batteries, but I could never get it to give consistent readings. When you’re taking care of a sick loved one, it can be really important to know if they’re running a fever, so a reliable thermometer is essential. Unfortunately, I had to buy a different thermometer to replace this one.
