Works great with my Siglent SDS804x HD, I bent the tip to almost touch the probe, and stretch it to connect it across a capacitor on my circuit to measure the noise, this way keeping it in contact is easier, or you could put probe points on your circuit made for this spring

The 4.5mm fit my Fnirsi Oscilloscope probes fine. I was a little surprised to see that the probe did not come with these, but I was glad I could find a solution that fit available for purchase. I have a 2-channel scope, so I have 3 extra ground springs to stash away for when I inevitably lose one.

These fit snugly enough and are easy to install or remove from probe tip. Excellent!
