For general use, this beats the "cheaper" hand held dermascopes and is cheaper still.
Much, much, cheaper than hand held polarising dermascopes and the magnified image on screen beats anything you can see directly. The image is clear and detailed and can be measured and saved into the patient record. So far, I cannot find anything to not like about it. The USB connection works fine for me, with no need to charge anything and a seamless connection to the PC
