Love The Flexibility
I absolutely love this iTENS machine as I can use it as I go about my day and am not having to carry a pack/unit around with me. I generally have my phone in my pocket, but in my averaged size house with good WiFi I have not lost connection at all even if I don’t. A couple of times I have at work, but realistically I had moved too far away. I’m very happy with it.

Internet stability needs to be of reasonable strength
In principle this works well. It does ease pain. And can be of great comfort to those that suffer a lot with pain. The problem I find is Internet connectivity if you are in an area where a signal is weak you can become frustrated with it. But if you connection is OK its good. Definitely an ulternative to painkillers.

Tried a few of these tens machines 'without wires' and this stands out as the best. The Bluetooth sync works well (at least with an iPhone), and its has a wide range of programmes, even allowing you some flexibility in creating your own. Pricey but effective.Update: still like it but it has a tendency to disconnect from the Bluetooth connection (even with a phone in your pocket) and the replacement pads don't last as long as suggested.Further update: Having lived with this product for some time, I can say that it is great except for the Bluetooth connection which seriously compromises its effectiveness such that I could not recommend it

No Wires!! Perfect purchase no problems!
I have been using tens to treat my athrities for a few years now however I am always misplacing the tens machine (silly me lol) because of this I decieded to give the Itens a go and I am so happy! I can easily control the settings from my phone and best of all no wires!
