I'm married to a snorer. It hasn't always been this way. It has progressed with age I suppose. I try to fall asleep in our own bed but most nights, I end up in the guest bed which quite frankly, is a dynamite nights sleep. I have tried ALL the other brands of ear plugs from foam, to the putty, to the black ones with the little ring. I even gave my pair of shop headphones a whirl and they didn't work at all! We had a vacation planned where our hotel stay was in one room. Thankfully, there were two, Queen beds. I took my black ear plugs with the little ring. They worked really well however, after three nights of wearing them, my inner ear was in pain. That little black ring is not comfortable for a side sleeper like me. I came home and ordered these ear plugs. I'm not a fan of wearing them nightly, but I wanted to give them a try to see how comfortable they were. After all ... there will be other travel nights in hotel rooms and I wanted to find something comfortable to wear. These fit the bill ... seriously! They do not cancel out 100% of the noise, but they do muffle it enough that I can sleep much more comfortably. Having another bed all to myself helps a lot too. They are easy to insert and take out and they are comfortable ... well as comfortable as an ear plug can be. If you're married to a snorer too ... there is help. These ear plugs are comfortable and effective. You deserve a good nights sleep. Give these a whirl.

I’ve had a pair of the Loops Quiet (version 1) for a year and although they’re decent, these alpine dream sleep were SO MUCH COMFIER. I’m a side sleeper and these ones don’t stick out of my ear or have any “hard” parts, they’re sort of an oval shape compared to a more circular one so they fit in my ear better. They’re quite soft and easy to put in. As for sound blocking I can hear my alarms and some other sounds but it blocks out a lot of background noise - I’m a light sleeper and it really helps me relax and not feel like I’m gonna hear something to wake me up. I can sort of hear some snoring but very muffled. And they stay put in my ears all night - sometimes my other ones would slip out. Have been sleeping pretty solidly whenever I have them in and that’s usually a problem for me.

I live in the city, and during summer when I have my windows open, the noise from people outside was making it impossible to fall asleep. These ear plugs have completely solved that problem. Noise Blocking: They're amazing at blocking out noise. The 27 dB reduction is noticeable street conversations, distant traffic, general city background noise all gets filtered out to a comfortable level. I can finally fall asleep in peace, even with the windows open on hot summer nights. I also use them for naps during the day, which is great when my girlfriend is being loud, watching TV or there's construction nearby. They just work. Comfort for Side Sleepers: This is my main selling point. I'm a side sleeper, and most ear plugs I've tried stick out too much and press uncomfortably against the pillow. These have a low profile design that sits flush with my ear. I barely notice them when I'm lying on my side, which is a game changer. Fit and Sizing: The 3D oval shape fits my ears perfectly. What's even better is that the pack comes with different sizes. The smaller set didn't fit me quite as well, so I gave them to my girlfriend, they fit her perfectly. Basically got a 2-in-1 deal, which is value for us. Do They Stay In? They do eventually fall out during the night, but honestly, that doesn't bother me at all. I only need them to fall asleep, not to stay asleep. Once I'm out, I'm out. I move around a lot in my sleep, so it's expected. If you need them to stay in all night, your experience might vary. Overall: If you live in a noisy environment and struggle to fall asleep, these are absolutely worth it. Comfortable, effective, and great value with the multiple sizes included. 5/5 Stars – Best ear plugs I've used. Finally sleep well despite city noise.

The M size is great I love it. Wanted to try the S, but it is too small for me. I believe S is for really small ears. They are great, they block enough sound so you don't wake up at night, but you can still have a soft conversation if you want. Highly recommended.
