Bought this to weigh items for snailmail. Works very well. Very simple and neat. Stays in our stationery drawer. Folds up neatly and is easily transported in jacket pocket. So far batteries have lasted OK.

Realy pleased with these scales, nice and handy for tucking in a draw, easy to use, good price, would recomend them.

It works perfect just as it was supposed to work! Also i check it with some standard things that i know their exact weight and it measured them exactly!

A good product supplied by a reliable vendor. This is a very conveniently sized set of scales, they are now highly accurate and very efficient. The screen is clear and the abiility to weigh net or tare is very useful. My only slight issue was that the calibration was off (through transit) when it arrived. This is clearly addressed in the manual and only needs recalibrating which is very easy. However, I don't possess an accurate 500g weight which was needed to recalibrate it. So, I trotted off to my local Tesco store (Newmarket) where they allowed me to use their calibration weight - thank you Tesco!

These's digital scale are just what I was after and they have what I was looking for in scales for the money well worth it.

Can't really comments on its uses in the wider world, but for weighing archaeological finds on digs - brilliant. Sturdy, well made, precise.

Been using it occasionally for the past 6 months and it works very well. Packaging from amazon was very flimsy and didn't protect very well but luckily the scale works fine.

Its OK for the price, but It can take a while for it to calculate the weight, you can weigh the same thing twice and sometimes get a slightly different result. Also the automatic switch off time is too short.

I needed a scale that was portable and accurate for food portions. This fit my budget and fit my needs. I can also weigh small postage and letters under 2 lbs too all in 0.1 gram increments. It's easy to use, calibrate and is very functional. It runs on 2 AAA batteries which are included. The backlight display is nice and the scale is so easy to operate. I wished there was a conversion chart included or on the inside of the lid. But then again, that is easy enough to Google and keep handy. I have one on my iPhone when I need to do a quick conversion. My scale came in silver, not black as shown. Still very very nice and portable. Perfect for those of us watching our weight and trying our best to keep an eye on portions. Very nice little scale that can easily fit in a purse, gym bag or whatever.

Good compact size, easy to operate and pretty precise (havent verified the accuracy). Its got a handy tare feature where you can place any container and press tare(set it to 0) then when you add things it will just show you the weight of the stuff you added..handy when your mixing resins or chemicals.
