Out of all the programmable timers you WANT these particular ones, regardless the price, but these are actually cheap under 7ea.
I've had one of these under different name brand and been looking for the same for ages, why havent I thought of amazon in the first place to find a clone? Its exactly the same, sturdiness, resistance, outlet locations and bypass switch, exact copy! And so it is quiet just as identically, fact that it sets by 15minute pins is exactly what I needed. I use two of these already for over three weeks - no issues so far, should anything change, I will update.

Cheap but not worth the effort
Could not get this gadget to work properly. Would set it per the instruction and proper dial usage but the lights would never switch on. Ended up returning the product and buying a different but similar product.

I also like the double sockets
Works well. The day night cycle on the timer switches at 6 AM and PM, unlike a competitor's product I've reviewed. I also like the double sockets, so I can deactivate multiple items without attaching a power strip.
