Good product just started using it , I am using it for non bacterial prostatitis

Mustard bee pollen.
Mustard bee pollen. I brought 250gr. of bottle, last month. but it was not pure and adulterated, found small parts of grains (millets) in the bottle.

Good quality. Starting me 8-10 grains lo, roj 1-2 grains increase kro, half teaspoon se jyada na lo. Inhone to upto 1 tsp likha hai, but wo jyada h9 jayega.

I am unsure of benefits but got at sample price of 99 so bought it, I read it up and it’s banned in the USA, not much info gained regarding its benefits , taste is bearable
