The bulbs themselves work however, they trigger the bulb warning light instantly. They do not have enough resistance for the controller to “pass” them. They work and look nice if you don’t mind the constant warning message on your dash. I’m getting regular halogen bulbs now

These generally work well they are brighter than regular bulbs, but not so bright that anyone would notice unless comparing to the original bulbs. We’ve had these four a couple of months and the biggest problem is that they intermittently make the Volkswagen Passat think that it has a burnt out bulb. Normally they are fine, but it can be a annoying when the messages start popping up and going away repeatedly. They have always produced light, regardless of what the car sensed, so that’s good. UPDATE: after 2-3 months one of the two is only working intermittently. While nice when working, these are not the great value that they appear to be.

One dislike I had was the can buss doesn’t always get passed my vehicle and I occasionally get an error that a lamp is out on one side.

These claim to be error free but make my car constantly display errors for them.

Product worked for 1 day, then threw error code for "bulb out". these are a very unique style to find in red led. i took a chance, maybe i just got a bad batch. Then, totally my fault, i let the return window expire. lesson learned
