- سببت لي غثيان بعد شهر - ريحة كريهة بالحبوب ذي بذات ، تقال فيها بول : اكرمكم الله - تفتح العلبة يطير منها مثل بودرة بسبب التخزين السيء - بالصوره باين ان الحبوب كبيره ومعبية العلبة بالواقع لا اصغر من حبة القهوة وربع العلبة - البائع رمز الهدف ما انصح فيه اكثر من مره اطلب منه وتوصل الطلبية مفتوحه وذحين الحبوب السيئة ذي - التوصيل ما يكون من امازون من البائع نفسه - صحتكم اهم وبذات بالحبوب والفيتامينات طولت بالكلام لفايدة مو حاب احط نجمة ولا اكتب تجربتي .

Purchased this K2 plus D3 to replace a different brand & to see if this one is better overall. After taking these pills for a few weeks, they seem to work just a little better than the ones we were previously taking. We will take the whole bottle & then come back and add to this review if something has changed. When this supplement arrived, we always check to see it our pill bottles are sealed tight, and this one was sealed very well. The bottle had a seal around the lid, as well as a tight seal under the lid. These capsules are off-white in color and are on smaller size for most supplements. When the pills arrived we opened them and they had a very light smell, that was fresh. The bottle says to take 1 tablet daily with a meal; we take one pill & most of the time in the morning with breakfast. We only time we take extra pills, is if we feel like we are getting worn down or might be getting a cold or the flu. These pills also seem to help with fighting off a cold & boost our energy levels when we feel worn down. Our family doctor recommended we start taking D3 (preferably one with K2) about 2 years ago; and per our doctor we should look for one with at least 1000 IU. This brand has the 1000 IU in one pill, and has 100mcg of K2 for absorption help & a few other health benefits. This amount is more than double of what our previous supplement had. We have taken four different brands and so far this one is in the top two & works really well for us. We also do not have to take two pills like the other version had us taking to get the same potency. Since we started taking D3 we both have been better in our overall mood, energy & not getting sick as easily. Pros: Easy to take, small to medium size pill Contains no sugar, dairy, egg, yeast and more Not bitter & no bad aftertaste Helps with our overall mood & energy & Keeps us from getting sick as well Cons: Has a few other ingredients, that are not needed...this is a major complaint we have with many different supplements. Overall we really like this brand of K2 plus D3 and we recommend these to anyone that is looking for help with boost their levels, mood, energy or immune system. This is as we stated in the top two of the four we have taken that we like the best. Useless something changes in how we feel or how this is working for us, this will be our new D3 & K2 supplement.
