I’ve struggled with chipped, dry lips for a long time, especially in cold weather, and this lip treatment genuinely surprised me. I don’t usually write reviews as such but I have to say, I suffer incredibly with eczema and seriously dry lips to the point where I over used calmex and developed an allergy, and was using Vaseline over 20 times a day. I needed to try something new, within 3 days of using this product, my lips are not chapped or dry. I probably use it 3 times a day if that now (after a week of use) and I get zero itchyness that I kept getting with vasaline! So so so much better, honestly finding this has not only helped my skin but boosted my mood. I was loosing all hope even after having seen doctors for my skin. I rate this product so much!

Update 2 : this is an update 4 months in. I am happy to announce that flare ups are a thing of the past. I am now applying this minimum twice a day (sometimes in between if my lips feel dry) and have not had a flare up in a month. I still have a small spot on my lower lip that is dryer than the rest of my lips but this is a big improvement from when i started out. Update : this is an update 2 months in, before my lips would flare up every other week. But in the last month alone, i barely had a flare up, not even full blown flare up. My lips would start to burn a little (usually the start of a flare up) and the next day, calm down and return to normal within 3 days. Very very happy that i no longer have to struggle with cracked painful peeling lips. As soon as i feel it coming, i make sure to apply this balm more intensively throughout the day and it would halt the flare up and reverse it. My usual routine as of now is to use it once a night as i still have another balm i use in the day but will switch it over to this balm completely in the future. Original : Over the past year i have had some sort of eczema or infection that made my lips crack and peel (doctors have not been able to diagnose it and simply put it down to dry lips). My lips were previously perfectly fine, i do not use any products other than the occasional lip balm If it felt dry. Nothing i tried work and the hydrocortisone cream given to me just made it worst! I’ve also tried various other creams and lip balms (some very expensive ones too) but non of them resolved the issue, not enough to make a difference. Then i stumbled upon this balm and decided it couldn’t hurt to try. This is the first time In a year that i have had some sort of relief and my lips have gradually returned to their former condition. It’s been a few weeks and i’ve experienced fewer and fewer “flare ups” since using this balm and i’m hoping with continued use, the issue will disappear. I used burts bees for a long time but suddenly it started to irritate my lips Nd make them sore around the edges, I decided to try this and it does really help, it's quite thick and in the colder weather it's harder to get out of the tube, it's similar to vaseline in consistency but a bit more sticky, I've given it 4 stars not 5 because of this, it would be better if the end of the tube was angled so you could use it to apply the balm rather than using your fingers which get left with balm on! I also like that it stays on your lips in a layer.

This is great stuff, after a very cold holiday in Finland my lips were really dry and peeling. They were so sore but this stuff worked and soothed my lips immediately, within a few days my lips felt soft and normal again. It’s far better than a lip balm stick or chap stick. Small enough to keep in your pocket or bag and it feels like Vaseline.

This is great stuff, goes on nicely with no feeling of irritation. My son had really chapped skin all around his mouth and chin, this has cleared it up within a couple of days. Tube isn't huge but you don't need much each time, and it's handy for carrying in pockets, and at least reasonably priced for when we run out.

Best lip balm ever, does a great job.

I’ve been eyeing this for a while and even sent e45 a dm on insta asking them to restock it and they did after i asked, which I really appreciate. It’s very moisturising, it’s not scented which would be good for sensitive skin. A little goes a long way (I’m mainly using it for my lips). If you consider the size of this, the price is affordable unlike some lip balms which are like 7-10 grams and are more than 100 or almost that amount.
