Just what I ordered and needed, good quality adhesive and easy to install 👍

Great stuff. I stuck this on the roof of my Transit van just over a year ago, and so far, so good. The adhesive backing on it seems to be working well since it has not peeled off the roof. There was also no condensation or ice on the roof last winter, and non so far this year. Excellent product that does what it says on the tin.

I used this to insulate my garage door, having read previous reviews stating it wasn’t as adhesive as it could be I opted to install the insulation sheets onto a bed of contact spray adhesive . The sheets bonded securely and instantly using this method , though you need to be accurate with fitting as the bond is such that you don’t get a second opportunity to reposition . Has definitely improved my garage

Excellent product

Foil backed foam roll is a good alternative to the more expensive Dodo Mat. Cuts easily and is good quality. Only complaints were that the paper on the back can be a bit fiddly as it sometimes tears whilst you are in the middle of trying to stick it to the wall which is a right pain. The glue on the back wasn’t as sticky as I had expected so you could stick pull off and reapply - that’s helpful when in tight spaces but different to the Dead Mat sound deadening we put on underneath which once stuck wasn’t coming off. We applied the foam mat on a cold day which might explain the less than expected stickiness. All that said all the panels went on and stayed put all day - I’ll update if I find them on the floor of the van this morning ! There’s a definite technique to fitting inside the van. We went for single sheets cut to fit to begin but realised that cutting these in half made it much easier in tighter spaces and you could still get a good finish. The foam doesn’t go over ridges in the van very well so we learned to cut the foam to these and then add a separate piece for them. 10m roll did the walls ceiling and wheel arch’s in a Ford Transit SWB Mk6.
