Region locked
The phone is locked so i cant use it. This is very bad. And nobody can help me. It was working fine then after 1 month it just said its locked in its region. I dont even know whicj region is that. Now i cant retur it. I. Sure it is u der warranty.

When i switch on the mobile its directly shows home screen instead of welcome notes and settings & In the recent call, there is already some outgoing calls around 5mins

Fine phone with really good camera and support of software. It's battery is a monster even with a heavy usage it does not drain much. Nice looks and have good weigh distribution. It's LCD screen but really nice color. Good network bandwidth. The only main issue with this phone is that heating issues. Even with normal web browsing the phone heats so much. I can't image how much it will when I play a game.

I ordered a brand new Samsung Galaxy A14 5G mobile phone and received a used one today. It has mild scratches on the back and has a screen protector on top of the front screen. This proves it is a used phone. I want to return this item and immediately get a refund on it. It did not come with any user manual or pin to insert SIM card which is customary. However, it came in a sealed Samsung Galaxy box that looked like new.

Hare Krsna 🙏 As a student, I do basic to moderate level tasks, which are as smooth as butter on this smartphone (6GB|128GB). As per my usage, it easily lasts 1.5 to 2 days due to its 5000mAh battery. Received it with Android 11 and now it's on Android 14, which is its last update. It takes almost 2 hours to charge from 0% to 100%. Polycarbonate-Metal-Like build. Camera quality is decent, with a 50MP rear camera, which captures typical Samsung-like images. 5G connectivity is very impressive. The weight is decent, like nearly 200g. No major heating issues as per my usage. In short, it's a decent, typical Samsung mid-range smartphone. It's neither very bad nor very good. There are other better options available too. But if you want a Samsung smartphone, it can be a considerable option.
