I've been using this Vitamin D for several years. As someone of Asian origin who is very careful to minimise their sun exposure, I make sure to supplement this vitamin in order to prevent deficiency (which is fairly common in my family). This is very easy to take - a quick quirt in the mouth every morning and it tastes pleasant (sweet mint flavour). My vitamin D levels are in the normal range, and I'm sure this has helped keep them there. Incidentally I have bought the lower dose version of this for my daughter (the one with the blue label) and that doesn't taste very pleasant - sadly she refused to take it! But this one is a great option for adults!

This is my depression buster. For years I was told I have a depressive personality and I must keep taking anti-depressants and even with them come autumn and winter I would be severely depressed no matter what I did. Then I heard about the research into Vit D3 and depression and how lack of Vitamin D3 can cause depression in some people. So I tried it and never looked back. It has been many years now since I needed an anti-depressant. So long as I never forget to take my daily dose of D3. I tried tablets at first then when this spray came out jumped at it and since then not used anything else. When I told my doctor I did not want any more anti-depressants as I had found my problem was low Vitamin D3 she refused to believe me and insisted I stay on the medication. I told her no and tore up the prescription she gave me - I had by this time already been taking Vit D3 for a year and had reduced my anti-depressants slowly over that time and by then not taken any for a few months. Eventually, I convinced her and so she asked me to stop taking my Vit D3 for a few months so she could test my levels and boy they were the hardest and roughest few months I had, had in a long time but worth it as my level came back very, very low so she put me on a high course of Vit D3 for a month then a maintenance dose that she felt was enough - it is not so I went back to using the spray again. I am housebound mainly and that is something doctors or anyone else find hard to believe as they never see me at home only when I can manage to get to see them on days I can get out of bed and go out and because of this I rarely get sunshine on my skin. This spray quite literally has given me back my happiness as so much better - for me- than tablets of any kind. I just hope they never stop making it.

My Vit D levels were super low so I was advised to up my dosage to 3 sprays a day for 8 weeks - so might be worth checking with your Doctor if your levels were already low. Also do check your weight - if over a certain level you might need to do more than one spray a day for the full benefit. This is a minty fresh spray thats easy to remember to use and zero hassle. It's nice and small so fine for travel. My first bottle lasted 100+ days and I've happily ordered more - I'll need to use triple the dose to top up as my levels were too low to start with but it's still good value.

Having suffered from low Vit D my whole life and trying all different brands of oral supplements with limited results, I'm delighted to have seen my levels raise to normal from using D Lux 3000 daily. It's great that this spray is now available in the US as I only discovered it in England 3 years ago. I also appreciate that the price on Amazon is so reasonable. Other sights were selling one of these for $49.00! Until I found It on Amazon I had to ask my British friends to bring it over when they were visiting! Thank you.

Celiac Disease makes assimilating fats and oils difficult. As a result, I had difficulty assimilating vitamin D3 by ingestion. This mouth spray is absorbed through the mucous membranes. It's so easy to pump a few sprays into my cheeks. Its a pleasant minty flavor, unlike the horrid cod liver oil my mother made me swallow as a child. This is good stuff, and I've reordered many times.
