Natural acid relief that soothes my stomach
I've been dealing with occasional heartburn and reflux for years, and I wanted something gentler than chalky antacids. After trying Terra Health Essentials Acid Relief for a few weeks, I've noticed that it helps settle my stomach after meals and I don't wake up with that burning feeling anymore. The ingredient list was what drew me in – lemon balm, slippery elm, aloe vera and DGL licorice – and it's nice to know I'm putting a botanical formula in my body rather than heavy medications. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach, and I appreciate that a bottle lasts a month. Some reviewers were skeptical, but for me it's provided noticeable relief when taken consistently. Of course everyone's body is different, but if you're looking for a natural way to support acid balance and soothe occasional indigestion, this is worth trying.

Not worth your money
These don’t work or I should say didn’t do anything for me. Still have heartburn and acid reflux with me changing diet and taking these. Sorry but they were a waste of money for me.

Great Non-pharmaceutical alternative - you'll love it!
I've been taking this for 6 months and it is decreasing my acid reflux symptoms. A great option for non-pharmaceutical relief that has allowed me to stay away from regular calcium tablets after each meal.

Kind of works. Better than nothing. Not as effective as omeprazole

Good product my heartburn is better and zero side effects
I’ve been using this daily for about 30 days and I have seen improvement. Unlike the inhibitor product they sell I have not experienced any side effects from this. I would say start with this before you try the other

No effect at all.
Tried this for a month. After one week I had to go back on omeprazole. Kept taking this supplement and tried going off omeprazole two more times with the same result, acid reflux/heartburn returned. This product did nothing.

Acid reflux concoction
I’ve been taking this for a few months and the directions instruct to take 2X daily however some days it’s still not enough to provide relief for me so I ned a backup for those times.
