Turtle Beach Stealth Pro Multiplatform Wireless Noise-Cancelling Gaming Headset for PS5, PS4, PC, Mac, Mobile – Swappable Batteries – Black

I’m not sure if the negative reviews are for the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro headset or something else entirely. I didn’t find anything negative that those reviews mentioned to be a issue at all. That’s what makes me feel like those reviews are for other products that Turtle Beach also sells. I almost didn’t buy these because of the handful of negative reviews. What convinced me to give them a try was these were the only headset that had all the features I was looking for so I decided to give them a try because I could always send them back if I didn’t like them. There’s not a lot of reviews or info out there on these because their so new and even though the quick start guide will get you up and running quickly you’ll have to do a little searching on the Turtle Beach website for how to use the Stealth Pro headset features that are available. I download the ISO app onto my iPhone and found it easy to use. Even though I also use these for work directly connected to my PC and I’m literally on the phone for 90% of the work day wearing theses headphones I haven’t used the software that can be downloaded and installed on your Windows or Mac system because I’m able to do everything from the app on my iPhone successfully. As far as manufacturing quality goes these headsets are made with very high quality materials. This is not a cheaply made product. They spent some money on manufacturing a sturdy headset when they put together the Stealth Pro. So far I’ve been using the Stealth Pro headset for gaming, listening to music, and also mainly for work. I like being able to listen to music at a very low level when I’m on a call as well as the mic monitoring feature so that I can hear myself. Although I do think they should increase the volume a little more for mic monitoring so I could hear myself more then what’s currently available at full volume. But with that said the current mic monitoring volume level is something that I can work with but will still be a benefit to increase that volume level for people with a softer sounding voice. This is literally the only negative thing I have to say about this headset. I’ve also found that I can easily wear these for over 8 hours at a time with very little discomfort even though I wear glasses. The ear cup fully covers the entire ear so there’s nothing pressing on your ear that will eventually become uncomfortable. The soft leather pads are very comfortable even with glasses on all day. The battery seems to last a lot longer then what they specify in the manual which is nice. If you can afford making the investment to experience these awesome headphones I would definitely recommend them as I’ve found them to be much better then anything else that’s similar by Bose or Apple. These headphones even put Sony into check. With the Stealth Pro headphones you get a heck of a lot more features as well as a overall much higher quality performing product that’s also very sturdy and not cheaply made. You definitely can’t say that about Bose or Apple that’s for sure.

Finally something that works on my nintendo switch. If you like playing fortnite, get it. Not many headphones that works with nintendo switch. Used right out of box and connected through usb of switch console. Love the mic too. People tell me that I sound clearer than before. A little pricey but worth it.

Great headset

Overall this headset is great I love it sound is good, the mic is detachable, it performs well, it can be a little bulky, for example if you lean your head back it has a tendency to want to slide of your head. I don’t know if it worth the $330 price tag I paid maybe pick it up when its on sale. i noticed the top band came apart about a week ago.. and have had them since 6/24/23, but for me not a deal breaker but its there non the less.. maybe if the made the same headset but with a fabric type material it may be better? As far as the app and the transmitter go I have had any issues with those, battery life is also not an issue as you use one while other is charging so little downtime there. Overall i think its a great headset just the price tag and the headband would be the issue/s I could some people having.

Bought two pairs of Turtle beach stealth pro following this review, reason for buying two pairs. I seen a TON of people complaining about various issues right out of the box on these headsets. One pair, complete brick out of box will not pair with the transmitter, no solution for that. TB will just tell you to "reset" it pressing the button inside the little hole on the backside of the transmitter. The bluetooth did connect to my phone but that's not what I actually purchased these for. The second pair at least connected with the transmitter, but then when trying to use it with dual source, was having bluetooth drop out or getting a crazy hissing noise from the headset which seemed to be completely random. After reading even more reviews it seems like if you are lucky enough to get a set that does work, spend your days wisely with it because you are on borrowed time as I have seen a lot of people saying 1 week, 1 month 3months ect that their headsets just become completely useless. Build quality, ANC, style, rechargeable batteries, all fantastic.. Imaging and bass is top notch, as well as the active noise canceling, I feel extremely immersed in a game. Those things for $300 do not warrant keeping a product that I do not have the confidence will continue to last me multiple years let alone even the remainder of this year. Turtle beach, do better. I really like these headsets but unfortunately one side of the headset gave out, the headset still works but doesn't sit properly or comfortably anymore. For a headset that is pricey like this one it should last a couple of years but this one failed at 10 months, I keep them well taken care of too. Where it broke is just from putting the headset one and taking off. Other than that I loved this headset, the battery life is amazing and being able to swap batteries out is very convenient. They sound great and are loud and clear. I use an external microphone and do recommend it because they're better then any headset microphone so because of that I can't give a review for the microphone that comes with it but its easy to tlremove the microphone. Not sure if I'd buy these again but I did like them when they weren't broken.

The amount of extra sounds you hear is nuts. Even playing nhl. Playing the last of us pt2 was a game changer. Dont even get me started on warzone or arc

the directional sound that you get on FPS games is awesome. the mic is not the best but I bought them for the in ear audio sound and not how players can hear me. overall, a great buy.

Added the gel cooled ear cups and as a person who wears glasses this is the comfiest headset I’ve ever worn

I had ordered the headset and that had been using it for more than six months and then all of a sudden the batteries when connected to the the transmitter weren't charging no matter what I tired. I contacted Turtle beach and asked for a solution and that they had told me to connect the charging cable directly to the headphone and charge it (which is really pathetic) it worked for a couple of weeks and then the battery died and wasn't charging whatsoever. I tried to charge using different cables but to no vain . The headset wasn't turning on and that it was useless without the battery . I tried to even order a new pair of batteries from my own expense but they told me that they are unable to ship it to middle east . They asked me to contact Geekay (their so called dealers ) for further assistance and warranty but they haven't even bothered to email me back . I even wanted to buy the batteries buy they didn't have them . The headset is really good but the flaws were just too much that you'll eventually regret buying them. I even had a video especially made for this headset to express how much I had loved then but unfortunately because of the transmitter and the battery I'd never recommend it to anyone staying outside of the USA. THE dealership here in the middle east is just for name sake and that if something happens you won't even be able to get the accessories or get it fixed. Really appreciate Amazon for solving my issue . I went through alot of reviews and that the major and most common issue with the headset was the battery and the transmitter . Therefore kindly reconsider before getting it.
