Even tidy bit gave me uncomfortableness and unpleasantness of my stomach and bowl. Couldn't take it.

I make L Reuteri yogurt every week and have had no problems with this brand of inulin. Having used it now for several years I am happy to keep ordering it. Some people worry that their Reuters fermented dairy can be spoilt by contaminated inulin but having has no problems I have recommended it to about ten people "disciples" who have followed me down the Reuteri trail (I have introduced so many people both here in Florida and back in London I feel I should qualify for a trade discount - just joking....)

This is a good value for organic. Inulin is naturally sweet. It isn’t artificial. I mix it with coffee instead of sugar and it works really well. It’s not too sweet. The trick is to stir immediately and continuously until the inulin is mixed. Otherwise there will be lumps floating around. Even if you get a small lump, it still tastes good. Some comments are about having gas or stomach cramps. If you change your diet, for the better or the worse, your gut biome changes, too. Old bacteria die and new bacteria grow and that creates gas. It’s biology doing its thing. That’s why if you eat vegetables and fruit everyday and then eat chicken wings and pizza for a weekend, you’ll fart like a longshoreman for couple of days. The gut biome is trying to sort itself out. One word of warning is that inulin is hydroscopic (absorbs water from the air). Once you open the container you have to use it. If you leave it in the cupboard, it will turn into a brick. Because 48oz is a large volume, I split the container up into smaller containers (about 4) and leave them closed until one runs out. Otherwise some may get wasted.

The packaging was poor quality, the plastic bottle is also seems to be poor quality, the inulin it self no one can know if it's a pure inulin or added to it other unhealthy sweeteners, the price was high I paid but inside the box a small piece of receipt showed lower price than that I paid! I don't know why?

Works well when you slightly heat the H+H first. Then it dissolves easy. It clumps if you drop it into cold cream however.
