Many cane straps are elastic which eventually becomes saggy or snaps. This is strong Leather which fits both walking sticks and crutches. Well worth the price if you use either on a daily basis.

If you have smaller hands, you'll likely love this strap. Very nicely made, real leather, and seems to be pretty durable. Trying to grip the cane with the strap around my wrist is a very tight fit for my large hands, and is actually pretty awkward. It's still on my cane, but mostly for decoration as it's intended customer is more likely a smaller framed person, or a petite woman. If this is you, it's a beautiful and helpful accessory. UPDATE - The owner of Asterom, Alex, reached out to me after this review and offered to make a custom strap for my rather large hands. It arrived today, and is beautiful and fits perfectly!
