Just what I needed for the job, I purchased Sumsung 990 EVO Plus SSD 1 TB storage and inserted it as instructed and my mac mini M1 is back in action. I'm very happy with the purchase

Fits Mac Minis M2
This fit perfect for my mac mini m2. The hub works perfectly. It feels very solid and of good quality and it looks great on the desk. I have not used the hard drive option yet but will update when I do. The usb c ports and usb ports are extremely useful.

M.2 SSD Slot Drops Connections - But Customer Service was Very Responsive
UPDATE: The plus side is that their customer service was very responsive and focused. Thank you! --------------------------------- The dock frequently loses its connection to the internal M.2 SSD slot. Only a complete shutdown and cold start of the Mac Mini allows the SSD slot to return to the Finder. Since I purchased this primarily for the expanded storage capacity offered by the M.2 SSD, this dock has basically become a physcial stand and little more. I can put my M.2 SSD in an external enclosure and use an existing port on my Mac Mini for better functionality.
