Wow, another wonderful versatile. Hoosier Hill sauce mix? I just had to try it. This is amazing! I made a quick and easy dinner in 15 minutes and it tasted wonderful. Follow the instructions on the sauce mixes, I own quite a few of them, including daddy‘s cheese sauce and my favorite dehydrated cheddar mix you can’t beat the taste or the value for this very versatile item.

Creamy sauce
It's not bad for a cream sauce has not a bad taste either. Texture is smooth but on a thin side. Easy to prepare can be use for many things

I have used this many times to doctor up something store bought to improve the flavor. I have also used it to make Alfredo sauce from scratch for pasta or seafood. I also have added some to my homemade potato soup for some flavor and thickening agent. Very versatile.

Product was a powder
This product it’s no good ! That’s why they don’t except returns.. buyer beware…If they would have let me return it I would have have never let the cat out of the bag as how aweful it is ! And Hoosier doesn’t even have a contact phone number…….whats The rating

Simple recipe

Tastes wonderful and is so convenient
Sometimes making some pasta with an alfredo sauce sounds like a perfect dinner, but I don't always have alfredo sauce in the pantry. I decided to order this and see how it tasted. I had previously cooked up some chicken to have on hand in the freezer, so I warmed the chicken in a large skillet while I was cooking pasta in a different pan. I boiled some water and added the alfredo mix to it and stirred it up. I was surprised at how easily it mixed together and how thick the sauce was. When my son ate dinner, he said he liked that alfredo better than buying it already made in the jars. I can see that we'll be reordering this often!

Better than mine... almost
Normally, I make my own Alfredo sauce, and keep a jar of commercial in the pantry for emergencies. I bought this mix to replace my emergency jar. It takes me about an hour of prep and cooking when I make my own; this mix took less than five minutes - just add water. It's thick, creamy, and flavorful. Ingredients are mostly clean, except for "Natural Flavors." Non-GMO, gluten-free, and keto-friendly. It's a guilt-free substitute for my homemade sauce, and is so much better than the jar.
