IT WORKS
Very cold without being put in fridge or freezer. Sits well on our head and works. Quite heavy is the only negative thing I would say about it.

I really recommend this product! It fits perfectly on my head, and doesn’t rip! I put it on my head and lie down for a bit and my migraine/ headache is gone, it really does work! It doesn’t take long for it to go cold. This product is amazing! I totally recommend!

Yes
Give me 10 of them. I used to stick it in the freezer when I had migraines. Doesn’t stay cold for massively long which is why it would be nice to have more than one to rotate. Put it in the microwave when I had a sinus infection and it did wonders. Took it to Thailand and put it in the freezer there and it came out double the size of my head. Not sure what happened but will eventually get around to replacing because I did love it.

Good relief for migraines
As a regular migraine sufferer, this is great. Whilst it doesn’t get rid of the migraine, it does give some relief. I haven’t tried it heated yet, so can’t comment on that, but from the fridge or freezer, it’s really good. Covers the whole head, comfortable and easy to use. Mine now lives in the fridge, ready to use.
