These are great! Significant improvement vs my old shocks, these things are legit.

Very well packaged, good quality, the yellow springs match my bike perfectly. The difference from the standard Honda units was noticeable when I first sat on it. The bike now rides like it should have done when Honda made it. HOWEVER no setting up instructions, there are 3 adjustments & no guidelines! Just stating they should be inspected by a qualified mechanic is just ludicrous. Any one buying from Amazon is not going to pay a mechanic!!

No issues installing the shocks on a 2019 Monkey. After riding the Monkey for 16 miles on paved roads, the difference was significantly better versus the OEM shocks which would typically bottom out on me. Comparing the two shocks, the coiled spring was thicker, along with being adjustable on either end, besides having a hydraulic reservoir system that has a dial to adjust. My Honda Monkey is yellow so the shocks I got matched the bike perfectly, only difference I noticed is that it does not have chrome end parts that the OEM shocks had, but because the hydraulic reservoir is also a yellow like color, it gave a positive look/appearance of the Monkey (IMHO).
