When two of my Pyrex bowls lost their lids due to separate microwave-related incidents, I was wondering if I am going to have to throw away the bowls now. However, a quick Google search showed me that I can just buy replacement lids. I am happy with these replacement lids. They fit perfectly and I actually prefer the poppy red color to the original blue ones I had.

Great replacements for my cracked kids.

I have had Pyrex ware for my whole adult life. I have bought a few orders of lid replacements now. Disappointing to see them crack at the edges, which never never happened before. The plastic lids that carry Pyrex name, not the knock offs, crack easily these days and have made me go to another glass borosilicate product. The lids on my new product of interest are silicone and I expect they will last better. Do not recommend spending money over and over again on lids that somehow have become inferior.
