Wait, why do we want a black ps5? The ps2, the ps3 and the ps4 are all black plated outside of the special editions of course! My guess is that we were used to them. But what do I know! We bought this for our PS5 and we love it. It turned our white original color into this pretty purple. The case is just a hard cover that takes place of the original white case. It’s definitely very durable.

These PS5 covers are great. They look very nice on my PlayStation and now match the color of my favorite controller. The installation process was very easy. I looked up a YouTube video on how to install and after about 15 minutes I was able to get both pieces installed. This version is specifically for the PlayStation five disk edition so make sure that that is the one you have before you purchase this product. The quality of the product is very nice and it feels very similar to the quality of the plates on the factory PlayStation five.Overall a very happy with the product and happy with how easy it was to switch the panels on my PS5. I definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking to upgrade the look of their gaming console. I wants to add a pop of color to their entertainment system.
