Firstly, the construction quality of these parallel bars is noteworthy. They are robust and stable, providing a solid foundation for various exercises. This sturdiness is essential for exercises that require a steady grip, like L-sits or handstands. The integrated knurling grip is a significant feature, offering a comfortable yet firm grip, reducing the risk of slipping and increasing safety during workouts. The size of 12x24 inches strikes a good balance between being compact enough for easy storage and spacious enough to accommodate different exercises. Their versatility is a big plus; whether you're doing push-ups, dips, or more advanced calisthenics movements, these bars provide excellent support. The non-slip feature adds to their practicality, especially for high-intensity workouts where stability is crucial. This feature is particularly beneficial on surfaces that might be prone to slippage, ensuring that your focus remains solely on your workout. Additionally, these parallel bars are suitable for users of various fitness levels. Beginners will find them helpful for basic exercises, while more advanced users can challenge themselves with more complex movements. This adaptability makes them a valuable long-term investment in your fitness journey. In summary, the Body Power Push-Up Stand Parallel Bars Parallettes are a well-designed, durable, and versatile piece of equipment. They're ideal for a wide range of exercises, catering to different fitness levels and workout styles. The quality, stability, and practical features like the non-slip base and knurled grips make them a wise choice for anyone looking to enhance their body conditioning regimen.

Perfect in terms of sturdiness and quality. Love the grip texture on bars. Except what I had hoped for as per my expectations. Only thing I would say is the small tool that came with it was a bit tricky to use to assemble it. Used my own tool kit instead and was much faster, but not necessary.

I got these to do decline pushups for a larger range of motion than directly on the floor. They're excellent for this. I put my feet on a 24" plyo box for a total decline of 12". It's great being able to have your neck in a neutral position, not hit your chin or chest on the floor, and get a bigger stretch in the pecs and shoulders with the enhanced range of motion. Put some weight in a backpack (with towels or something for padding!) or use a weighted vest to make it heavier and harder. Like incline bench press, it hits the upper chest more, and is overall a great assistance exercise for bench press that feels easier on the joints (the angle of grip can be changed freely). It incorporates the isometric contraction of holding the plank position throughout. So it's great for core stability too. In this way it even has crossover to the deadlift. I do decline pushups for more volume than bench press these days.
