I purchased this portable DVD player so my fiancé and I can watch movies together on upcoming overnight train trips without having to squint at a phone or tablet. The player is lightweight and compact while having a large screen. Picture quality is excellent and operation is pretty quiet. The sound from the small, built in speakers is as expected and adequate, but lacks the depth of range of larger ones. I may purchase a small auxiliary speaker for improvement in sound quality. Unit packaging of the player and accessories was excellent with a custom air surround cushion that could be used to protect the player in your carry on bag. When I first unpacked the player I had a problem with opening the cover, which was TOTALLY my mistake. I was attempting to lift from the hinge side! I finally got it figured out! I am really pleased with the quality and features of this DVD player. It offeres very good performance at a very affordable price. Customer service response was prompt and polite.

Screen clarity is very good. Screen adjusts very well. Product works as expected. I definitely recommend this product. I might buy another one.

The product performed as advertised, easy to use, great gift for someone who just needs a DVD player for entertainment. Screen larger than most out there and performs well. Speaker quality isn't going to win awards but for a sub $100 player, it just works. The Customer Service is what stands out. Encountered a problem with the laser, contacted the company and after providing the requested information a replacement was on the way. They stayed in contact and alerted me as to the shipping date and estimated arrival. After this experience, would not hesitate to recommend the company for any product they provide if they can provide that level of customer service again.

If you're looking for an affordable large screen dvd player with great picture and sound quality, then the ieGeek IK-121 is for you. I bought it and was very happy with my purchase. I like the carrying case it has, with a handle so you can carry or store it easily if you keep the box and packaging. All the wires you probably would ever need are included. It's lightweight for the size and has rubber pads on the bottom so it won't slide off whatever surface it's on. The picture quality is great; of course, some of that will depend on the quality of the dvd that you watch. I like the fact that (if the dvd you are playing offers it) you can change the sound quality and language. Every button or port on this unit is clearly marked and labelled so you know exactly what it is for. The sound quality is good too but plug it into a set of auxiliary speakers and it really shines! I also had a chance to check out the USB port and the on-screen menu is easy to use and it works great (as long as you follow the instructions and use a 32gb thumb drive. Otherwise, if you plug in a larger thumb drive, you will get an error message). I watched a home movie from my thumb drive and it looked just as good as the original recording. Those are the features that I tried out so far; I anticipate the other features will also work as expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with the IK-121 and would recommend it to anyone.

Great DVD player, perfect for my grandson’s room. The customer service people are wonderful, replaced the remote for free! I would buy again!

This is my 3rd iegeek portable DVD player. The first was a gift for my father since he helps chauffeur me and my kids around town and this helps keep them entertained in the car. It was an 11.5 inch. The second was for my car and it was the 16.9 inch and this 15.9 inch one is for my husband's car. I call this one "The Goldilocks player" because the first was a little small, the second was a little large and this size is just right! It hasn't skipped in the car like other brands have and the volume on this one is great. It's much louder than the smaller size and the picture is really clear with vibrant colors. It comes with a remote, DC Power Adapter, Car Power Adapter, and an AV cable. It comes with a 12 month warranty. We've never had to use the warranty as my other ones have never had a single problem. I definitely recommend this brand over the others.

We first purchased a portable video player in 2019. After researching I went with the ieGeek 11.5” player. We loved it and it still works today, but wanted to upgrade to a bigger one for my son now that he is older. The new 14” screen is amazing. It will be perfect for him in the car on long trips and for his bedroom once we get to our cabin up north. The buttons and words are nice and large so they are easy for a 7 year old to operate. I cannot wait to give it to him. The sound and picture quality are great. This is a great product for the cost.

It does work, and travels well with its light weight, but the larger screen only exacerbates the low resolution. I assume battery life is the reason these portable players don't have better visual quality, but when those few pixels are stretched over a wider screen it makes for poor viewing. I played with the visual settings, but could make little improvement.

It worked beautifully for three weeks and then the it stopped reading any disc. A real disappointment.
