The Most Charming Non Alcoholic Aperitif
From the very first sip, this little bottle of Pentire Bora Coastal Spritz completely stole my heart. It feels like the kind of treat you want to wrap in a bow and share with your favorite people. The moment I opened it, the scent alone felt like a warm invitation. There is something so captivating about the way the blood orange rises first, bright and juicy, followed by a soft floral whisper from the wild rose. Then the rosemary slips in with a gentle herbal shimmer that makes the whole experience feel almost poetic. The dark wood note settles everything with a smooth, grounding finish that lingers in the most gorgeous way. I enjoyed mine just slightly over ice, and it was perfection. Chilled enough to feel refreshing, yet still full enough to let every layer of flavor unfold slowly. It has this beautiful balance of citrus, bloom, and earth that tastes both familiar and completely new. During the holidays, it feels especially thoughtful to offer something special for friends who may be expecting or simply choosing not to drink. This gave everyone at my gathering a chance to enjoy something celebratory and elevated, without feeling like they were missing out. I truly love this product. It is flavorful, elegant, and crafted with such intention. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a non alcoholic aperitif that still feels indulgent and festive.

Loved this and prefer over alcohol
For better health, I've gotten to where I rarely drink alcohol. But, I missed that special drink to savor and make an occasion special. I had eyed Seedlip for several years, but never went for it. Finally, I started looking and noticed this Pentire Coastal Spritz - the lineup of ingredients and description sounded wonderful, and this particular spirit had the best reviews of all the non-alcoholic spirits I saw on Amazon. So, I ordered it and proceeded to try it out over a weekend trip spent with friends. As we were all beginning to pour some wine, I decided to try it with the idea I would just switch to wine to join in the fun relaxation after drinking the first drink of Pentire. Well. I ended up feeling very relaxed and happy while drinking the Pentire - I really believe it must be the botanical blend. Herbs really can help with mood, stabilizing blood sugar, energy, etc., depending on the herbs. I enjoyed it so much! And, the strength/nature of it/taste, something, made it so it wasn't quite like drinking a normal old soda or juice or something - I wanted to drink it slowly and savor it. And, it was lovely. I switched to wine after one drink of this and immediately put the wine aside and made another drink of this. I surprised myself by preferring this over wine! This happened once again the next day - I decided hey, I'll pour myself a glass of wine. And, despite the strong effect one gets from alcohol kind of immediately (that strong relaxing feeling), it felt worse and not as comfortable and warming as the Pentire drink, so I again switched back to the Pentire. I really enjoyed the taste of this. This is how I prepared it: about 2 oz Pentire, about 4 oz American tonic, some ice, and a large fresh sage leaf. I'm looking forward to continuing to enjoy this signature drink at future events or even just relaxing with a glass of it after work sometimes. And, I hope to purchase either the Adrift or the Seaward and try those, as well.

My favorite non-alcoholic spirit, delightful with tonic water!
I have tried and liked the Pentire Adrift in the past, so when I saw this I decided to try it -and I'm so happy I did! It is wonderfully nuanced and herbaceous, but the orange add just a hint of sweetness. I've tried it with tonic and both a bay leaf and an orange slice, and it's wonderful either way. Go with the orange if you like a sweeter drink. There are so many delightful herbal notes that I don't miss the alcohol. And you can use less than the recipe calls for to provide a lighter flavor as well. Keep making fantastic products, Pentire!

Awful!
This should be the first introduction to 'alcohol' for every child. I can guarantee they will never want to drink again! The taste was bitter and rancid, leaving a terrible aftertaste in my mouth. I mixed it with club soda, a splash of orange juice and added a slice of orange. My husband tried it too and couldn’t believe I wasted money on this product.

Just Missing Something
It's not unpleasant. But not exactly satisfying either. It seems like it's trying to be a non-alcoholic version of Campari. It's not just the tang of alcohol that's missing. It just falls short in fullness of flavor. If you truly have an alcohol problem, it seems like you should shy away from faux alcohol too. If you just want to not drink on a particular evening, seems like there are other better, simpler options among mocktails already and, frankly, it doesn't even stand up to club soda with bitters.

Great non-alcoholic apperitif
We got the coastal spritz bottle, and it was wonderful to have over Thanksgiving - super tasty!

Nope!
I should go out and get pine cones, roast them and make a drink with them. A very bitter end note and medicinal after taste. The opinions written are not anything like what I'm drinking right now. Definitely needs to be mixed, vigorously, and doctored heavily with lots of ice, before using as an evening aperitif. That is the only way to use it, in my opinion. Bummer.

Pretty good!
This was a good product that I will probably buy again. It is only slightly sweet, so I am mixing it with full calorie tonic water as opposed to the brands that are lower in calories. But it is quite good with tonic and ice. Probably better with an orange twist. I've had it for months now unrefrigerated, and it's still good.
