My chickens love it they go in there and lay their eggs

This is not worth the money. If it wasn’t such a hassle to return it, I would. This came all banged up, scratched, peeling, bent in places, screws aren’t long enough, pieces don’t line up correctly and directions are useless. Please do yourself a favor and buy something else.

Testing boxes looked good except they were shipped with USPS and came with dents. A little unfortunate but is OK. Structure looks sturdy. Can’t wait to use them.

I put this together without realizing the “paint” was a protective layer, not paint so it was a huge pain to remove it after assembly. The instructions were vague, did not mention a few important steps, and that some of the pieces go a specific way, so be mindful while building!

It came after about 5 days we were so excited! Upon opening it looked nothing like the picture. We didn’t bother putting it together, everything was bent, rusted, bubbling paint. It was awful !

Male Review. Yes it’s got scratches from its trip from China, no rust just laser cut burns, not peeling it’s protective covering, bent but just straighten it out, it’s a laying box! Bought grass 12x12 pads, took hour to put together, take your time, look at directions, FOLLOW them. First step pay attention to dividers. Don’t strip or maul up screws by cross threading. 100% sturdy, thin sheet metal, cute, cheaper that building. It’s in a chick coop, not a museum. I’ll buy again all day. Maybe I can add picks later.

The nesting box came a bit rusty and a little banged up. I decided to put it together anyway because I didn’t want to deal with returning it and chicken are just going to poop in it anyway. I got to the last step of putting the perches on and the screws are too short! All the screws are the same length so I know I didn’t mess up. Very disappointed.
