Good quality and works well
I had got this for work and it’s been a good buy. Has not Given me any issues and it’s small so it doesn’t take up space on my desk.

Must have sleek adapter
Brilliant adapter! Smooth connection, ease of use and super useful in connecting USB, UB-C and additional connections not on the Max Air. A Backpack tool I'll never be without.

HDMI ports stopped working
It worked well (mostly) for the first 4 months. USB-C ports were always a bit sketchy. After an evil Windows update, HDMI ports weren't working for my 23-in monitors (worked in laptop's HDMI port). Learned from LIONWEI support that cables need to be the same on both ends. I had bought a 2nd hub by then, but HDMI still ports didn't work. Finally got a 32-inch monitor with a HDMI-HMDI cable that is now plugged into my laptop and gave the two 23-inch monitors to my grown kid. LIONWEI offered a rebate, but I didn't take them up on as their product wasn't the problem. Evil Windows updates happen. If you get hit by one, update your monitor drivers, and update your video cards. This worked for a family friend, but not for me...

Excellent docking station with all the ports I need — dual HDMI, fast USB, ethernet, and more. Handles multiple monitors smoothly, charges quickly with 100W PD, and makes working across devices so much easier.

Solves lack of ports on MacBook
This was a great adapter to be able to better utilize my MacBook with its lack of connections. it works as intended and was a good value for the money. It is easy to sue and pops right on and off with minimal effort and is easy to transport with your mac. Just beware if you put any cases on the mac this may not connect properly.

DO NOT BUY!!!
Extra charging brick and USB-C Power Cable are ABSOLUTELY unneeded for the laptop docking station I purchased, even though Amazon and the Seller said this and the USB-C Cable were “Necessary Components” for the docking station to work. NOT TRUE!!! THERE IS NOT EVEN ANY PLACE TO PLUG THE EXTRA PARTS I PURCHASED IN!! Also, this dock has VERY POOR RELIABILITY when connecting to multiple displays! Sometimes it simply just doesn’t even connect to one or the other at ALL!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Average at best. Better docks out there.
Average Dock, has some issues. My work laptop hates it, pretty much just collecting dust now that I have an Acer Hub
