The Urban Decay 24/7 Inks Liquid Eyeliner Pen is a great product, Easy to apply, precise, and creates a bold, beautiful line. It lasts well throughout the day once applied, but the pen itself dries out relatively quickly, so you may need to replace it more often than other eyeliners. Overall, I love the smooth application and intense color, even if the pen doesn’t last as long.

My absolute favorite eyeliner. I work 12 hr shifts and this stays in place all day. No smudging! Definitely waterproof. Absolutely love the color and quality.

The eyeliner tip is very fine, and the ink dries quickly. That's what I like about it. The pen-shaped design makes it easy to hold. The disappointing thing is, after a few uses, the ink comes out intermittently.

Like everyone else, they nailed it with the applicator. It’s easy to control, I like the felt tip, that helps keep the flow under control and clean and I don’t struggle nearly as much as I do with other liquid eyeliners, and believe me, I do struggle. Or maybe it’s more like a fight because sometimes I end up with black eyes from it making a mess. Not with this eyeliner and that alone is a win. It last a while under perfect conditions big I sometimes have watery eyes and this isn’t really waterproof. But it doesn’t run so much as just kind of disappears, today for example my eyes were watery in the outer corners pretty much all day and I applied this before I went out. When I came back and checked the mirror my eyeliner was gone from the outer corner. The line was still there on the inner corner where it was dryer. So basically if you are gonna have a lot of wetness around your eye don’t expect it to stay on, but the part of my eye that wasn’t as wet, I still had eyeliner on. That being said, I do love this product for the ease of application and I will be buying it in other colors, I got whiskey, which I love, it’s a brown but with a kind of reddish orange undertone. I’d like to try it in a grey or maybe a black.

I used to use UD eyeliners as a teen/young adult, and the formula, quality is the same! Wonderful! This specific shape is great if you have shaky hands, or are clumsy/a beginner with the eyeliner application. If you are used to it, then this glides like a dream.

I’ve tried dozens, and keep coming back to this one. Thoughtful design, easy to hold applicator, super precise brush tip. If you get it wrong, as a 60+ with shaky hands, you have just enough time to clean up your mistakes. But when you’re done, it stays all day.

I wish I could give this a 4.5 instead of a 4. As an eyeliner applicator it’s amazing to hold and apply. The body makes it easy to make precision strokes. The colour I got was black and it’s the perfect black for wing tipped eyeliner. The only really it’s not 5 is because it says it’s waterproof but if I get the winged liner a little too close to the putter corner of my eye and I happen to have tears (such as laughing) it will smudge.
