Mars candy bars are a great candy bar to try if you haven't ever been lucky enough to find one in the wild. They use to be on every shelf at every store, when I was a kid, but now they are only in other countries, and not in the U.S. (except occasionally in small stores) They are similar to Milky Way, but something in them definitely gives it a more rich taste.

Thanks for getting our order to us in a jiffy. Full size candy bars are the best for Halloween and Mars are the neighborhood favorite. Thank you Lovetta for getting them to us in plenty of time.

What a Blast From The Past!! The favorite candy bar from my teen years has flown in from "Mars" and landed on Planet Amazon!! I haven't been able to find this confection perfection in the supermarket for at least 30 years. I'm in heaven!!! They taste just like I remember. And at $30.00 for 40 full-sized bars you can't beat the price. So much for the diet. At least I'll die happy!! I only gave this item 2 stars in the giftable category for one obvious reason: I would devour them before I'd ever have the chance to gift them to anyone!!

I originally thought this was a Mars Almond bar from back in my day, but it does not have the white nougat or almonds that I was looking for. Otherwise, they are like a better tasting Milky Way.

As I child I would dream of a day when I would have a whole box of Mars bars of my own. That day has come and I am not disappointed. Through some quirk of fate or marketing you can't buy Mars bars in the US, the best you can do is Milky Way which aren't quite the same. I've been here Mars bar-less for approaching 20 years. My daughter had never had one. I ordered this box for her and my wife to try and (obviously) to make up for all the bars I've missed over the years. It didn't even occur to me that there were 40 bars in here - it was like receiving a box of treasure in the mail. My daughter and I have been munching immoderately for about 3 weeks and there's still half a box left - my dreams have come true! More seriously, they are very well packaged with cooling packs in them and came super quick from this seller. Cheap for how much you get. The only downside is if you are trying to eat healthy, this is a big box of temptation to have in your fridge.
