No scouring pads to be used. The product does need excessive scrubbing to remove residue.
I own a new (under warranty ) Bosch oven and I intend it to have the best after care. The Bosch cleaner I have will fufill its purpose.

Complete waste of money, Oven was only 3 weeks old, did not clean off the lightest of marks.

Follow the directions and your stainless steal comes up nice. Will buy again, but be gentle as it is easy to come out.

Nothing works better ... so use Nothing
This product is completely useless. While using a cloth and dishwashing liquid is unsuccessful it is better than this manufacturers own gel. Cleaning power = Zero. Removal of anything baked on = Zero. Perhaps it works ok if you are just cleaning tonight after tonights dinner but i don't have time for that and wanted a product that does a deep clean once a week and is recommended by the manufacturer.

Leaked from tube
Have had a few tubes of this, it’s not brilliant, but if you leave it for 24hrs and scrub like crazy with a non scratch scourer you get there in the end ( saves on the heating bills as you get very warm). Be careful, I had a tube in the cupboard for a few years and went to use it and discovered the tube had split and leaked the contents which had melted the plastic bag I had put it in. So I won’t be buying anymore. Regular oven cleaner is just as good, and a lot cheaper!
