The keyboard feels great typing, the buttons have just the right amount of give. I recently bought a MacBook and was worried about my keyboard since that is the keyboard for my home office, it connected with my MacBook and PC without issue. Battery life if phenomenal don't remember the last time I charged it in 4-6 months. As I am switching over to Mac I will keep this keyboard for the home office.

UPDATE: Down from 4 STARS to 1 STAR - Battery completely died in 2.5 years: no longer works unless plugged in (tried all trouble shooting, pair/unpair with different laptops, etc.). alleged 3-year Warranty is a joke. -1 STAR: Reliability: internal Battery stopped working after 2.5 years. Premium Quality? Cheap keyboards last for decades. -1 STAR: Impossible to service/replace the battery. -1 STAR: Trying to get warranty support from Dell is a nightmare. Many hours on the phone. No way to do it online for a keyboard. -1 STAR: Some random buttons are squeaky for no apparent reason; got a replacement unit, got the same issue. +1 STAR: Dell agreed to exchange under warranty. +1 STAR: Amazon Customer Support is very good. +1 STAR: Keyboard itself is very good in general use. KEYBOARD USE Quality: Keys' height and travel are excellent for non-mechanical keyboard. Key strokes are quiet. Built quality is outstanding. Solid. Aesthetics: Color scheme is serious & professional, also unique with that black portion in the middle. Very pleasant to touch and eye. You can tell this is an expensive keyboard. Connectivity: Connects flawlessly and starts up fast with XPS 15 9520 (2022) and older XPS 15 (2019). Battery: After 1 month of light use (2-4 hours/day) without disconnecting the Bluetooth, still at 100% !

I thought the keyboard was malfunctioning for months until I updated the firmware and the issues disappeared.

I ended up returning this keyboard. Despite all the wonderful features touted, I found it uncomfortable to use, it took FOREVER to sync up Bluetooth with my Dell desktop (took several tries and multiple re-boots). I could never get the Zoom/MS Teams control to even light up, let alone work, and having to download an app to make some of the features accessible is kind of ridiculous. At its high cost, it should work "right out of the box" with no need for an external app. It was just too frustrating to get set up, so sent it back.

This keyboard is great, even though I don't use features like Zoom. I upgraded from my previous Dell Premier keyboard mainly for the backlight sensors. It has an ambient light sensor to adjust brightness based on the environment and a proximity sensor that lights up the keys when your hands are near. Be sure to install Dell Peripheral Manager to update the firmware to the latest one, as the default setting has too short a lighting duration.

Very solid keyboard, connects perfectly with my Dell desktop, also it’s heavier than expected.
