Solid Surface Shine - Polish and Protect, 250ml

As a carpenter who fits kitchens, I always recommend Unika Solid Surface Shine to my customers, and it never disappoints. This product does an excellent job of enhancing and maintaining the appearance of solid surface worktops. It leaves a beautiful, streak-free shine that really brings out the surface’s natural finish. My customers are always impressed with how easy it is to use — just apply, buff, and the results speak for themselves. It’s particularly effective at restoring dull or worn-looking surfaces, giving them a fresh, polished look. Having just had solid surface black worktops fitted I realised how easily they scratch and was worried that this would ruin the look of my new kitchen. However, this product is perfect for polishing out minor scratches and making my worktop shine. Very pleased with this and I have now ordered a further 3 bottles. The only issue is that if you wipe the surfaces down later the shine does come off as it is an oily substance but I would still recommend it although I can only give it 4 stars for this reason..

Very good better than olive oil to blackened white areas to work surface stays shiny for longer but needs doing again few days later

Doesn’t really work very well on laminate worktops so wouldn’t buy again

Dont write many reviews but hopefully can save some people money. This product is terrible. Nozzle has two options stream and spray, both come out as a stream so you cant just apply a nice misting to your worktop. On a black Hanex worktop, no matter what I did it would leave streaks and due to the rubbing its now duller than when I started. I followed the instructions but also tried different cloths, Tried using a damp microfibre, horizontal movements/ circular movements. Tried to leave it then buff it. All resulted in a streaky dull worktop.

Followed all the instructions, leaves a reasonable shine, used it a couple of times and it seems to get a bit better each time, leaves the surface smooth but having trouble getting an even sheen, perhaps with a few uses it will be ok. No other problems with it.
