Finally something to better manage my ongoing tension headaches and general neck pain. A self care must for anyone with upper neck curvature issues and office: 7-12H daily computer workers. I see a chiro regularly and stay in the gym. I’ve got 15+ years in front of the computer and deal with consistent tension headaches and issues around this, even with other therapeutic modalities. This little contraption is what I feel I’ve been looking for my whole life! I would try laying on my foam roller or using tennis and lacrosse balls to get into the tension-yoga strap at the back of my neck. But this! This is the game changer!! I’m only a week or so in, but I see this legitimately changing my whole self care routine and I think I can entirely prevent the headaches that I dread regularly showing up to ruin my productivity! Hallelujah!

I was hesitant to buy this but I am glad I did. It’s a bit awkward but once you “let go and just use it”, the support and pain relief it brings will make you want to have to around. I really like using it because it does help tension I get on the back of my head, neck, and shoulders. I think the price for this is just right, you get pretty decent quality. I have even bought another one for a family member.

Good little neck stretcher. Actually helpful. Would be better to have instructions written by a better english speaker. Concave? Convex? Not too helpful.

Kind of makes my neck hurt but I am most likely not using it properly. Its so tough.

I had terrible pain in my neck and left arm. I could barely lift anything and not exercise. This contraption provided great relief, and enabled me to do light exercises and build strength up from there. I'm on a healing path thanks to this device! I had an MRI done - Here are my issues from the MRI: C5-C6: 5-6 mm disk bulge/ ridging osteophytes including bilateral uncovertebral osteophytes contributing to severe left foraminal stenosis, moderate spinal canal stenosis and severe right foraminal stenosis. C6-C7: 5-6 mm left greater than right uncovertebral/ridging osteophytes with disk bulge and retrolisthesis and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy contributing to severe left foraminal stenosis, severe right foraminal stenosis and moderate to severe spinal canal stenosis.

I've had a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder for 18 months, this took care of 80% of it in one use. Stretching the neck helps with too much screen time from looking down, it was recommended by my physical therapist. Only wish I'd found it sooner

Me gusta la textura del producto se amolda perfectamente a mi cuello y si es soportable a la vez que creo que me está corrigiendo una leve joroba.

مؤلم للرقبة ولا انصح به أبدا. مصنوع من بلاستيك قوي وغير مرن وممكن ان يسبب اصابات وانزلاقات في فقرات العنق. كنت اتوقع انه لين ومصنوع من الفوم لتخفيف الضغط على فقرات الرقبة ولكنه يسبب في الم اكبر من المشكلة الاصلية.

Ich nutze den Nackendehner jetzt seit ein paar Wochen und merke, dass die Verspannungen im Nacken- und Schulterbereich tatsächlich etwas nachlassen. Anfangs war es ungewohnt und nicht gerade bequem, aber nach kurzer Zeit konnte ich mich gut entspannen. Für kurze tägliche Einheiten (5–10 Minuten) super, länger wäre mir zu anstrengend. Pro: • Spürbare Entlastung bei Nackenverspannungen • Einfach in der Anwendung • Leicht, mobil und platzsparend • Gute Unterstützung beim Dehnen Kontra: • Anfangs unbequem, Eingewöhnungszeit nötig • Nicht für längeres Liegen geeignet • Bei empfindlichem Nacken kann es Druckstellen geben

Passt. Aber unfassbarer Plastikgestank! Hoffe der ist irgendwann weg.
