Super cute and fun. My son really loves octonauts. With party city and Joann's going out of business I was strapped for party decorating places. This comes with all the things that are necessary for a party. Plates, Utensils, napkins and favors. There was also a “banner” but it was just 7 spirals with pictures on them but it worked beautifully. They need to include more hooks because I ruined one and there were no extras

Great bundle for a party.
My four-year-old grandson was thrilled with all the different Octonaut items in this package, from the balloons to the horns to the banner. It all added to his birthday theme.
