Well made and fits my purpose for sweeping water away from the wooden decking using either the bristles or the squeegee scraper. This removable head makes cleaning the bristles much easier compare to the version with a permanent handle, in addition, a separate handle allows other Leifheit cleaning heads to be fitted, thus reducing storage space and saving you money in the long run. This version also comes with the bonus of a microfibre towel holder, making it even more multi-purpose and functional. I have purchased the extendable handle 110-190 cm with angle adjustment for cleaning the decking. I already have the 65-110cm extension pole, however, this shorter version is most likely not the best for floor cleaning as it is a touch too short for the average height person. I have not used this type of rubber broom before so I cannot compare this to other manufacturer's version, however, I do know that Leifheit is a reliable German brand that supplies high quality, durable and functional cleaning tools.

Buying the brush head and the handle is quite expensive but coping with builders in and out, two shedding cats, cat food, and an inadequate kitchen in our new house, I needed something quicker and easier than vacuuming with a dyson handheld followed by the ecomop or steamer. This has proved ideal for a quick but thorough clean up. The brush has fairly stiff and strong rubber bristles and initally I was worried that it was more like an outdoor than an indoor broom however it does a really good job of sweeping up loose bits of cat food, dirt, bits of veg etc. It gathers up an amazing amount of cat hair as well. Applying a bit of pressure loosens some of the stuck dirt, and if that doesn't shift it, the rubber blade acts like a scaper. It seems to get into the edges of skirting boards and cupboard plinths well. The horrible old lino is looking much better with a quick daily sweep. No plugs, no leads, no water, very low tech, very quick and easy. The best bit is that unlike bristle brooms, even soft ones, it doesn't flick dust around. I'm really impressed at this. I just need a dustpan and brush that is as efficient at picking up the little pile of grot after sweeping. You can also push the corners of a damp or dry microfibre cloth into the top of the brush head and push that around although I did find the cloth kept coming lose. My technique might be at fault as I've only tried once. After the first batch of builders finished I was faced with a large room with an old cord carpet liberally scattered with bits of plaster, wire snippings, sawdust and chippings, odd screws etc. We don't want the carpet but are leaving it down until a new floor is laid. This swept up all the bits really well. On an old patch of lino, it left behind some of the very fine dust from plaster but cleared enough for a quick mop to finish off. The brush head can be detached and rinsed under a tap. The click mechanism is easy to use. I haven't tried it outside on the paving yet but it's tough enough to use outside and I anticipate it doing a good job. Overall, I'm a total convert and wish I'd had one years ago. The only possible downside is that the broom stick and broom head together are heavier than an old fashioned soft bristle broom with a wooden stick but I did buy a long extending handle with the adjustable angle gadget so that I can get a cobweb brush later for doing the eaves outside. Other handles may be lighter.

Needed broom with stiff bristles as well as long handle, as long as possible to reach cedar roof shingles from top of a ladder in order to remove moss. (This was the longest handle found on Amazon. Chose this because it is in one piece, i.e. minimal flex as compared to telescopic handle.) Handle is fine and helped in the task but there was no stiff bristle broom head in Leifheit range, only one with rubber, which is more associated with cleaning pet hairs. Cleared about 80% of the moss due to the rubber "bristle" flexing too much. 5 stars for handle and 4 star for the head.

This has changed my cleaning! We have hardwood and terracotta tile downstairs and 3 furry friends who make sweeping a daily task for me. This has been a life-changer. No more sweeping it all into small dust clouds. It really 'magnetizes' the fur, dirt, and particles and collects everything into nice, tidy, easy to dispose of piles without any dusty bits flying about. It's a necessary bit of kit if you're sweeping a lot and live in a house with pets. Leifheit really makes the best cleaning equipment. I only used Leifheit products now because of the ingenuity of the range and the superb quality!

This brush attachment with rubber bristles makes sweeping up outside (and no doubt indoors) in damp and wet conditions super easy! We cleaned our gutters and lots of debris came down all of which was quickly removed with my Leifheit broom. When I finished the clearing up, I was able to easily clean the brush under the tap and leave it to dry. Hygienic and convenient.

Good for cleaning conservatory roof, greenhouse, and window frames. Non scratch material. I like this make, as everything feels substantial and well made. And, shallow thing that I am, I like the colour!

Very robust rubber bristles and tackles every surface brilliantly. I even use it (without handle) instead of hoover on my stair treads and it does at least as good a job without lugging a machine around. Really good for dog hairs

This broom head has three functions. A rubber brush, a squeegee on the side and two catches on the top (those dark green ovals) which allow to attach a mop to just by pressing into the rubber catches. Bought this broom to clean the bathroom floor. The rubber brush is soft and helps to clean dirt when required off tiles that have grooves in them. The rubber bristles are able to get into the gaps better. But the best part is the squeegee which can be used in any direction, pulling or pushing unlike the scoth brite one which only works in one direction. It clears all water away like magic off the bathroom floor. A rubber squeegee will beat a cheaper cost foam squeegee at clearing water every time and is more durable to boot provided it isn't used over a rough surface. Use on a smooth surface always. This is just the head so a handle has to be purchased in addition to use. This head is part of a number of heads that are interchangeable with the handle. I also have a xtra brush which i can use with the same handle.
