The best!
My dad has a ALS specifically the bulbar type so oral hygiene is very important, I notice these work the best to remove any white build up on his tongue or plaque building around his teeth of course we still floss but the bristles on these aren’t harsh with a nice spongy side to suction & absorb

Great for stroke patients oral care
Purchased this for my father after stroke for home oral care- ofc you need suction machine to use but it allows for good home oral care but keeps too much excess fluid from becoming a choking hazard while performing oral care
