Excellent shower mat, comfortable to step on and does not slip , it’s slight roughness is like a loofah and is rough but soft on feet . Fits our shower tray where needed and the grey is a good colour and will not go off colour with time and wear . It’s easy to lift and clean and wipe under . Very pleased with it and takes the worry out of slipping .

This mat is great- I was expecting a bit of movement once down in the shower, but I’ve found it to be very stable, even when the water is running. The surface looks like loofah material, but it’s soft like silicone. Does an excellent job of giving you grip on the shower and is very comfortable to stand on. My mat is a month old now but is still in great condition- it requires a rinse after use to clear any bubbles. The only thing I’ve noticed is that is the water does seem to really gather in the mat & he may can make it hard for the water to drain down the plug hole as efficiently as it usually might- particularly if you have a low profile shower tray. Just requires you to monitor the water when showering though. I also hang it after every use to avoid any black marks from forming on it as it can hold a lot of water. I’m very happy with this mat and would really recommend it, especially for use with young children

This a very good shower mat, not huge just a bigger enough to stand under the shower. Our shower is large but not a walk-in. But does the job, it doesn’t slip stays in place. Strange to your feet at first, you do get used to it. Would I recommend it yes that’s my personal opinion.

I bought the bigger size of this, and was a bit big for my bath but it feels more secure. Having a problem with my left foot and totally lost my balance, and I said to myself I need something in my bath, I never found the plastic ones that great, but this was brilliant under my feet, my feet felt very secure, firm grip and no slipping, great, glad I bought it.

Excellent mat. Dries reasonably quickly. Smaller size is adequate to stand on and easier to manage. (I bought the larger and found it too big, so cut it in half to make two smaller mats in line with the smallest size that I should have bought!). The mat is very secure to stand on and looks reasonable. The water runs through it, though I found hanging it up after use is best (though not necessary). All in all, a good purchase, does the job, and I’ve already recommended it to my sister who has bought one too.

Fabulous , size as advertised

I am in total agreement with the reviewer "muddlingthrough". I bought this shower mat last August (it is now March) and we found it a great item to use. It is soft to stand on, does not move in the shower, catches hair and is easy to rinse. We live in Cornwall which is a soft water area, and like 'muddlingthrough' we have put up a towel rail to hang the mat over to ensure that it has air circulation between showers. We also only use the shower 2/3 times a week, not every day. Yet within about 2 months of using it, the mat started to change colour on the reverse, from light beige to mouldy black. I have put it through the washing machine at least 6 times over the 7 months, as well as regularly using mould remover spray and cleaning it thoroughly, but it seems we have now got to the point that it is not cleanable. Every time we use the shower and lift the mat, the shower is covered in tiny black bits which, if we shake the mat, go up the walls, over us and everywhere! I can only assume this is bits of mould or maybe the mat is disintegrating, although it does not seem to be. I only sprayed and machine washed the mat yesterday but today we still have the same result. Sadly we will not be using the mat any more. An explanation of why this has happened would be appreciated, as on paper the mat seemed to be a brilliant product. Very disappointing. To be honest, we're not sure why Amazon are still allowing this item to be sold from their site...??

Bought for an elderly relative after a fall in the shower, and had lost confidence standing in the shower cubical. These brilliant non slip mats have work , I even bought some for my own use, feel nice on the soles of feet almost a pumice stone effect. Easy to keep clean and dry quickly after use .

sehr angenehm und wirklich rutschfest - nach mehrfachem Waschen in der Waschmaschine löst sich der untere Boden etwas auf, ist aber noch immer rutschfest. Habe sie nach 2 Jahren durch einen neue ersetzt, aber nur wegen der Optik

Ho acquistato questo tappetino Asvin per la doccia, cercando qualcosa di comodo sotto i piedi ma anche sicuro e facile da pulire. Non volevo il classico modello con ventose difficili da mantenere igieniche. La consegna è stata rapida e il tappetino era arrotolato con cura, senza odori di plastica fastidiosi. Una volta steso, si adatta bene al fondo della doccia e resta fermo anche con l’acqua corrente. Il materiale è morbido, con una texture che massaggia leggermente la pianta del piede e non scivola. Dopo l’uso si asciuga in fretta e non trattiene umidità o muffa, caratteristica che apprezzo molto. È anche facile da lavare e non perde forma. L’ho scelto perché rispetto ai tappetini tradizionali con ventose è più igienico, moderno e visivamente pulito. Lo consiglierei a chi vuole migliorare il comfort e la sicurezza nella doccia, soprattutto per anziani o bambini, senza rinunciare a un look semplice ed elegante.
