Help. We purchased one of these for our boxer, but nobody we have asked can get it to lock,surely it shouldn't be this difficult. Any help appreciated

Ours isn't easy, but don't fill it until you have locked it. Drop the 'stopper' in and gently twist it until it drops fully into the cube. Then twist the stopper hard by putting your fingers into the hole. Fill with treats when locked and twist and shake to get them into the inside bit. If that fails send it back! Our collie crashes round the room with it so don't put it near anything delicate. Good luck!

Is it possible to buy just the inner tube?

No, I wish there were, my dog chewed three of the tubes so we ended up with loads of spare cubes!

is it easy to fill with large kibble? we have the blue one but it takes us as long to fill it as our dog takes to get it out!

Unfortunately this cube is not suitable for large kibble as the hole is not very large inside to get it out again. This is based on the largest Buster Cube.
