We have always appreciated your products for their quality and the positive energy they bring during worship. However, with this recent batch, we noticed that the fragrance is lighter compared to what you offered earlier. The aroma does not linger as much, and we truly miss the strong, uplifting fragrance that used to fill the space. We kindly request you to enhance the fragrance levels in future batches, so the product continues to match the high standards and divine experience we’ve come to expect. A stronger aroma would make the worship atmosphere more vibrant and spiritually fulfilling.

These are some of the worst agarbattis I have used. I love their Parfum range, but these smell bad. The Mogra Packet (green colour) smells like rotten fish market dhoop. Gulab, Guggul and Chandan are tolerable but still very bad. How they are branding it as LUXE (which means luxurious and premium) is a surprise to me. I would have bought the Parfum range but they want Rs40 extra delivery even though I have Prime. What is happening Zed??
