The cd was not compatible with my windows 11 computer The installation was easy to a point (I’m a senior citizen) Perhaps it was my fault for not checking first. The disc was sent very prompt.

Love making my own cards so this is amazing. Took a while to arrive from America but worth the wait.Loaded first time, no problems at all.

I have had previous versions of this card maker over the years, and always loved it. But the version I had doesn't work with Windows 10. Hence, I needed to get new card maker software. This one was the obvious choice, since I loved previous versions. And the subtitle shows it works with Windows 10. It took several attempts to install it - it kept telling me that 'cannot proceed, files are missing', or 'cannot proceed, files are corrupted'. I finally managed to get it installed, so I thought. I dove straight in and started the programme running, eager to make some cards. But it didn't start up. It kept telling me 'cannot proceed, incompatible with Windows 10'. I tried all the compatibility options listed on the disc - Windows 10 (and 11) are not even listed as an option! And I couldn't get any of the other compatibility options to work. I tried with Windows 8 compatibility, Windows 7, and Windows XP - nothing worked. Extremely disappointed.

Lots of cards ideas on this but limited is some of the cards I like, I don't like the very dark backgrounds in most of their cards and you are not able to change it, you can delete it but them all the images are gone. If you don't mine this there are unlimited cards and lots of other things on this, great for any card maker.

Have used this program before and loved it. Bit fiddly to load. Couldn’t load online or register but managed to get it working having used previously.

It's almost impossible to download this software directly from Hallmark due to country limits so it took buying this from the UK before I could get it! Looking forward to playing with it.

This won't install on my windows 11 computer. There is no customer support when I email them. Amazon cancelled the pickup for my return

A good greeting card program. I have the Hallmark from 2013 & I loved it but I had used all the cards so I wanted a new program with new cards. I was pleased with the price. I was very glad to see that this works the same way as the old one so I am very happy. I can even make matching envelopes. I think it is very easy to use. I recommend this & hope you have as much fun as I do making custom greeting cards.

Did not install with windows 11 like it said it would. It would say it was installed and then nothing showed up on the computer and was no where to be found. No support. Sent emails and no response. Went to my AI on my computer and spent over 4 hours trying to get it to install without any luck. The disc only contained the launcher and no installation files. Could not install through the download link either. Returned it and very disappointed.
