Purchase 2 solar powered 2K cameras with Hub. Installation and connecting to the Hub was easy. Picture quality is very good. However, after a few days one camera stopped charging. Various resets did not work and I removed the camera but it failed to reconnect (pair) with the Hub. Contacted the Online Support via the app and I am impressed with their customer service in quickly resolving my issue. Thanks to Wennie from AOSU Chat Support Team, who took me through various steps to identify the fault. Thanks as well to Julie at the AOSU Escalation Team, who liaised with her technical and sales teams, offered me a few solutions and despatched a replacement camera within 3 days of me reporting the fault. Replacement camera now working OK.

Great quality and very easy to set up. Unfortunately, one of the cameras developed a fault outside the warranty period. Contacted the seller for advice just to see if there was anything they could suggest. Customer Service quality was excellent and speedy. After their suggestions to rectify the situation failed, the camera was deemed to have a hardware fault and they replaced the item. The lady who I was in contact with at Customer Service, Daisy, was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages and questions. I would highly recommend this.

These Cameras are great really easy to set up,the app works well,battery life was no problem with the solar panels.They work on both 2 .5 and 5 ghz from your modem to the little hub via ethernet cable supplied.The company(Daisy at customer support)was excellent when i had a problem with one unit after a month or so and quickly sorted it out.I can say overall really pleased.

So far so good…..very easy to set up, and a good app to control the system. The solar panels seem to be ok even with no sun!….only thing that would be good if the cameras could also come in black?

Excellent bit of kit easy to set up and use. Perfect quality can see so well, and best of all, No ongoing monthly charges. Will be getting some more in the future.

Fitted one of these after an incident with our car. From the sales pitch it met a number of requirements - no need to connect to a cloud provider (Although its optional), no need to drill holes in the wall and run cables etc and a lot of positive reviews These were easy and quick to set up, everything worked first time as per the instructions. No need to call the Customer Help Line WiFi coverage seems good - moved the hub unit a few times to find the best balance of the signal strength between the front and back of the house but once done has remained strong I charged the cameras once at the beginning via a USB power supply and since then they've sat at 100% even with the longer evenings Very easy to install outside given the solar panel - took longer to get the ladder out that putting them up. Coverage is good so there's a level of flexibility in location Barely adjusted the settings for motion etc etc - seems good enough to catch almost everything although we know it's missed a few callers or people leaving the house for some reason - but we're happy with this. we get some false detection in the rear from we think bushes moving but again I'd rather that than being to insensitive Clearing data from the hub is a little manual and repetitive but that's about the only UI issue we'd comment could be improved so far Notifications via the app are very fast - its detects someone coming down the path and we generally get the notification before they've knocked on the door So ~ 2 months in - pretty happy. Performance and capability has met requirements so far, and reliable and easy to use, for an acceptable price

Bought these cameras back in June 2025, amazing peice of kit. One of the camera's after 6mths has now developed a charging fault.Got intouch with the company and was sorted with a replacement within hours, 100% for customer service and care. Many thanks to Daisey who sorted problem, second to none for customer relations 👍❤️

Very disappointed 1 of the cameras has gone faulty in under 6 months,it's won't hold charge even when manually charged in to mains

Es impresionante lo que dura la batería sin ponerle el panel solar. La nueva actualizacion de la app es muy agradable y agregaron algunas cosas como multicamara, Botones rapido de seguridad inteligente asi puede configurar un modo estoy, en casa estoy fuera, apagar todo, encender todo con un click. Lapria de la base de 32Gb no sé cuanto tiempo puede acumular pero llevo ya un tiempo con las 4 cam y Solo el 1,4Gb. La calidad de video es respetable. De Noche si hay un poco de luz de biente como farolas es mejor quitar la luz infraroja. El tiempo ue tarda en avisar es muy rapido. Tiene un servicio de cloud nube conectada con reconocimiento facial de pago ahora en oferta durante el black frdy. Los videos que guarda se puede ordenar por fecha ascendere o descendente, se puede filtrar por tipo de evento. Puedes ordenar la vista general de las camaras y poner la camara que quieras mas arriba. El alcance de las camara con las vase es bueno. La base ella necesita estar cerca de un cable rj45 de "red local" o cerca del router para conectar por cable.l abase consume muy poco y trae un pequeño adaptador de enchufe a 12v. La luz azul de la vase es demasiado intenso de noche para mi gusto si tienes el router en donde duermes quizas debas poner un adhesivo para ocultar la luz de led de puesta en marcha de la base. Cuando una camara detecta un presencia se escucha un ligero click clack en su interior algun rele supongo por eso consumen tan poco y dura tanto la bateria.Los soporte y los paneles solar son de buena calidad. La puesta en marcha inicial es super simple. El altavoz de la camara tiene una calidad regular como todas estas tipo de camaras creo. Puede elgir un zona en la iamgen de la camara donde quieres que se detecte el movimeinto, muy comod si no quieres que grabe a cada vez que pasa alguien por un camino. Tiene tambien zona de privacidad por si por ejemplo graba delante de tu casa y se ve las ventanas de ña casa del vecino puede (y debe) tapar esta zona por pricacidad es logico igual que grabar la via publica es sentido común. Las camaras tiene definicion 2K o fluida la fluida es realmente lo bastante buena ñara cosas cercanas no hay diferencia. La 2K p seria solo si la carama esta muy alta por ejemplo, en modo fluido se supone avisa más rapido pero no note mucha diferencia mabos son rapidos. La detecion de movimiento (sin suscripcion de nube) es ajustable por ejemplo solo Humanos para que no pite los gatos, tbien se puede ajustar su sensibilidad un pequeño esquema explica bien cual debes elegi o bien autoajuste. La xamara graba siempre los enventos pero solo envia notificacion al movil cuando tu quieres puede elgir franjas horarias, con un modo inmediatoas rapido pero detecta pero la diferencia entre humano y gato, y modo inteligente mejor pero un poco más lento (ambos son rapidos no hay mucha diferencia). Piede elegir para cada camara si grabar el sonido o no. Si el panel solar no carga bien la camara recibiras un aviso. Puedes compartir el acceso para ver las camaras con otras personas, deben instalar la app crear un cuenta luego tu les invitas desde tu apo agregando su email y listo. Puede activar o no la luz led que indica la puesta en marcha de la camara. Compatible con alexa y google asist. En lo detaille puede acerder nuemero de serie de la camara ver la intesidad de señal entre la base y la camara, borrar eventos locales, cambiar el nombre de la camara. En informe de la homa base puede ver cuanto memoria estas usando de la base cuantas camara hay comectada a esa base. Hay un apartado de actualizacion de firmware que te avisa si es necesario es super simñle solo seguir lo que indica la app. Hay una opcion de inicio rapido que te indica como configurar todo eso y te guía pero realmente no es tan complicado y la app es agradable no creo que a nadie se le complique eso. Hay un opcion la desvincular una camara en caso necesario. La base tiene supropio apartado donde puede cambiar wl nombre ver si cañacidad de almacenamient. Hay un paragado de servico tecnico como un chat en la app atiende bien no responde super rapido pero es razonable y por loenos te responde que otros ni eso. En general estoy contento calidad precio esta genial al ser camara sin cable y sin tener que enchufarlas es super comodo. Espero te sirva de inspiración esta sopa de ideas que aporto.

Im Set ist alles enthalten was man benötigt. Selbst an Befestigungsmaterial wurde gedacht. Die Kameras machen insgesamt einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Trotz des Kunststoff scheinen sie recht robust zu sein und damit auch sehr leicht. Für die Befestigung sind sowohl für die separat abschließbaren Solarpanel als auch für jede einzelne Kamera jeweils ein Schwenkfuss dabei. So kann man Kamera und Solarpanel optimal ausrichten. Dank des langen Kabels kann das Solarpanel auch in einiger Entfernung zur Kamera angebracht werden. Die Übertragung funktioniert per Wlan in 2,4 und 5Ghz Netzen. Damit ist eine stabile Verbindung und gute Reichweite möglich. Ich war sehr überrascht wie gut die Verbindung selbst durch mehrere Wände und in großer Entfernung (bei mir ist die weiteste Kamera ca. 60 Meter vom Haus entfernt) möglich ist. Natürlich ist dies stets von den eigenen Gegebenheiten abhängig. Ob die Entfernung zur Basis ausreichend Empfangsleistung zur Kamera per Wlan bietet, kann man aber gut über die Einstellung in der Aosu App ablesen. Der Weitwinkel (hier 166 Grad) der Kameras bietet ein überragend gutes Blickfeld. Durch die unabhängige Stromversorgung per Akku und Wiederaufladen per Solar (gutes Wetter voraus gesetzt) sind die Kameras an „fast“ jedem beliebigen Ort installierbar. Ich habe eine der vier Kameras sogar ohne Solarpanel laufen, auch das ist ohne weiteres möglich und der USB-C Anschluss an der Unterseite, wird durch eine Gummikappe sauber verschlossen. Man kann die Kamera dann nach belieben auch einfach per Powerbank oder am Stromkabel wieder aufladen. Ohne Solaraufladung soll der interne Akku 1,5 Monate Strom liefern. Sofern jeden Tag 2 Sonnenstunden vorhanden sind, soll die Kamera über das Solarpanel ohne separates Laden auskommen. Die App führt sogar bebildert durch den Installationsprozess und gibt Hinweise an welchen Stellen man die Kameras idealerweise befestigen sollte, das finde ich ziemlich genial. Die Einrichtung von Basis und Kameras ist einfach und gut umgesetzt und ist dank QR-Codes auf der Rückseite der Basis und Kameras rasch erledigt. Die Basis benötigt lediglich eine Netzwerkverbindung per LAN-Kabel. Die Kameras erkennen wirklich sehr zuverlässig über den verbauten PIR-Sensor Ereignisse mit einer extra KI-Unterstützung. Damit ist es möglich die Bewegungserkennung nur auf die Bewegung von Menschen einzuschränken. Wer auch noch Tiere erkennen lassen will, oder andere Bewegungen sollte diese abschalten. Bei mir hat das bislang sehr gut geklappt. Als Mensch wurde jedoch auch die Bewegung von 2 Rehen am Feldrand interpretiert, das hat mich jedoch nicht gestört, ich fand das sogar gut. Alarmereignisse werden zuverlässig gepusht, auch mit Vorschaubild. Auch übergreifende zeitlich dicht beieinander liegende Ereignisse werden als gebündelt.Die Alarmaufnahmen kann man sich vom internen Speicher (32GB) in der Basis abrufen. Dort werden die Alarmvideos verschlüsselt und bis zu 120 Tage aufbewahrt. Die Diensterweiterung per Cloudspeicher ist jedoch kostenpflichtig. Ggf. kann man den internen Speicher über die USB-Schnittstelle an der Basisstation erweitern. Das habe ich jedoch nicht ausgetestet und konnte auch keine Informationen dazu finden. Für die längere Abwesenheit im Urlaub etc. reicht der interne Speicher allemal. Für die Privatsphäre sind Privatzonen einrichtbar um Bereiche auszublenden die rechtlich ggf. nicht überwacht werden dürfen. Die Kameras verfügen über einen aktivierbaren intelligenten Energiesparmodus. Damit kann man die Akkulaufzeit nochmals optimieren, da die Aufnahmedauer etwas minimiert und intelligent verteilt wird. Die Kamera kann auf Wunsch auch eine Alarmsirene ertönen lassen, diese ist nicht zu überhören und das Spotlight kann zusätzlich eingeschaltet werden. Bei Fehlalarmen, die es bei mir bislang nicht gab, wäre diese nicht unbedingt wünschenswert. Die LED-Statuslichter der Kameras sind auch deaktivierbar. Die extra Spotlight LEDs bieten gegenüber der IR-Nachtsicht zwar eine farbige „Nachtsicht“ jedoch ist die Reichweite der Beleuchtung etwas geringer als die Sicht mit IR. Daher greife ich eher auf IR „Beleuchtung“ zurück. Grundsätzlich bin ich mit Bild und Tonqualität sehr zufrieden. Die 2K Auflösung lässt sogar bei günstigen Verhältnissen Kfz-Kennzeichen erkennen und bietet ausreichend Auflösung wenns mal drauf ankommt. Auch das Gegensprechen funktioniert über die App. Allerdings habe ich dafür aktuell kein Szenario. Fazit: Super einfache Einrichtung, schnell installiert und bislang sehr zuverlässig im Betrieb mit sehr guter Wlan Reichweite, Gehäuse sind zwar aus Kunstoff aber robust. Dank der flexiblen Halterung sind die Kameras sehr individuell an die Bedürfnisse des Installationsortes anpassbar. In der Gesamtschau verdient sich das Set damit 5 Sterne.

Wonderful cameras! When I first bought them, I was a little concerned that they would be cheaply made or not hold up to the elements. But we’ve had them installed for over two years now and I am pleasantly surprised! Reliable, easy to install, no subscription needed, decent picture quality and easy to view your property using the app.

Hab mittlerweile meine ganzen Grundstück mit den Kameras bestückt. Wer keine Lust auf teure Abos und Kabelsalat hat, sollte sich diese auf jedenfall holen.

Il prodotto è di ottima fattura e qualità, si presenta ben confezionato ed è dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari per il montaggio e l'utilizzo. La qualità delle video camere è ottima ed in linea con il 2K. La visione notturna riproduce immagini ben visibili sia in bianco e nero che a colori. Il segnale con la stazione base è ottimo e l'acquisizione degli eventi è rapida così come le notifiche in tempo reale. Non è necessario un abbonamento cloud anche se è offerta la possibilità. La memoria interna da 32 Gb è più che sufficiente, quasi abbondante, nel mio caso con 4 video camere ed una media giornaliera di circa 50 eventi (da 20 sec.) per video camera ho occupato all'incirca 3 GB. Il sistema offre anche la possibilità di programmare o o più telecamere per il funzionamento solo in determinati orari ed è possibile variare la portata del rilevamento. In conclusione ottimo prodotto che CONSIGLIO e sto anche valutando l'acquisto della versione 4K.
