It works really well for minor pain. I use it if I pull a muscle in my back it does actually help. The best part is no bad side effects at all, and no damage to your organs taking this.

My husband and I both take DFlame every day. He is bone on bone in both knees and finds this product very helpful in standing and walking while he waits for his knee replacement surgery. I was in a severe accident that crushed my tibia and fibula plus fractured my arm and shoulder. We both take about 10 DFlames each over the course of a day. Like my husband, I am finding less pain as I heal from my accident. Overall it helps with inflammation but we find it helpful for our conditions. I highly recommend Dflame in this brand. (Note: We have not tried other brands and have been taking it for years). This has much more than just Tumeric and was recommended by our doctor.

I cannot more highly recommend this for anyone that works out regularly. My kid who is a cheerleader works out hard. Immediately after working out, she takes this 'vitamin' and the pain that comes with stressing your muscles, is reduced massively. And it is not a "medicine" but a natural inflammation reducer due to the Turmeric.
