Happy Jabra User
I had Jabra headsets in the past because of company wide decisions on the hw to be used for conference matters. Found it pretty good years back and after one month usage I would say that the Evolve 65 had fulfilled my expectations so far. There are minor issues that I’m still looking to address such as the mute sync ( sometimes with the mic arm “closed” Teams shows that the mic is enabled; and moving the mic arm back and forth puts in sync the mute status) and bluetooth synchronization with my mobile after the headset takes a nap… it takes some minutes for the mobile to get bluetooth reconnected, but you use to believe that the headset is off). When tue headset is stored in its bag, the two cups keep strongly pressing between each other, so, to prevent any damages, when stored, I put a piece of paper in between. Teams voice quality, great (that was my main driver), wireless range, good, battery ok (would sat that it last for at least 6 hours), when I feel cups are uncomfortable, I just adjust them to release pressure, (no comfort issues with my head at all), ANC does it work to suppress unwanted noises (other than human voice),without nothing being heard through the cups, you may hear noises but a much lower level. Final mark: 4.5

Nearly perfect!
Was looking for: - All day comfort (on-the-ear, but the cushions are amazingly soft) - Cool on the ears - Good noise control on the mic - Good sound on the mic - Portable - Reliable connectivity (either through the Bluetooth dongle or USB-C, both work great!) - Long battery life - Physical mute (you fold up the mic) - Comfort is good while wearing glasses. The Evolve2 65 Flex headphones delivered! Bonuses: The audio quality is pretty good, enough to enjoy music if I have a break. The (wool?) case is very convenient and seems durable (had it for a month or so of hot-desk use (where I pack-up every day), still looks new). The bluetooth dongle is small and very effective (the head-set prefers it to the phone, so if my laptop is on, that's where my audio connects even if my phone is on). The "Soundscape" included in the phone app (built-in looped sounds: rain, thunder, waves, fans, waterfall, etc.) is a wonderful calm oasis in the middle of a busy day or noisy room. It does all the things I need it to. Improvements? They could be a -little- more comfy if they were around the ear and not on the ear. The noise cancelling is so-so (I mean, they are on the ear, so they have that to deal with. Not as good as Sony over the ear or in-ear (both of which I own from the 2023 gen of those products)). I usually set them to "off" and that actually blocks more of the chatter in the room than the ANC. YMMV. Overall love them though. The Sony products I mentioned did not give me the comfort or reliability I needed for a full work day. The Jabra headset definitely does. Highly recommend for a long day at an on-the-phone job. (I am on the phone 90-100% of an 8 hour day 5 days a week) in an office. They are not tight enough for on-the-go work I would say. So if you are on flights/moving around a lot, these likely would slip off (again, they are on-the-ear). Really wish I could give 4.8, I think that's more accurate. They are not perfect, but they do the job very well so gave 5 because that's closer to how I feel about them.

Microphone too inconsistent and frustrating to be worth it. Would not recommend.
Just got off a call where the person on the other end was complaining that my voice was very quiet and difficult to understand. I switched to the phone mic, spoke at the same level, and the other party was very grateful. I've grown to be rather frustrated with this headset since my priority when making the purchase was to improve my voice quality in calls. --- Update after 3 months of use: I've started hearing complaints from colleagues more frequently that my microphone cuts out during meetings. This is while in a quiet room with no background noise that needs cancelling, so it shouldn't be an overzealous voice isolation feature. This choppiness occurs whether using it with a straight Bluetooth connection to my laptop or with the USB-C dongle. It seems that giving the mic a little flick 'fixes' it briefly when it flares up. --- Original review: I have another pair of Jabra Elite 7 Pro earbuds, but coworkers regularly commented that my voice quality was poor on calls either on Zoom, Teams, Slack Huddles, or on the phone. So I picked these up. Made the purchase on Jan 2 at a sale price of $187.70, which I see as an excellent value. In short, my goal of improving on the Elite 7 Pro was absolutely met. - I prefer the sound that comes from the Evolve2 65 Flex for music, and the voice quality on the other side is significantly improved. - ANC is fine but not fantastic, and I find that to be acceptable. - The voice isolation when I'm speaking is really good. - I haven't experienced any of the issues in other reviews about the mic cutting out--hoping that holds out! It seems this may be a byproduct of the voice isolation feature. The headset does a good job of cutting out background noise, and the speakers voice may be getting mixed in with the background that's cut. Not sure if this could be remedied by changing any settings with the headset or not, but I have not experienced this as a significant issue. I usually work in pretty quiet settings though and haven't had calls in wind or other more challenging situations yet. - Connecting the mic on Windows didn't happen automatically with direct Bluetooth as it did with the speakers (rather than the included Jabra adapter which is recommended). By that I mean the headset mic wasn't available in a Zoom call with the headset paired and connected. But this was through selecting the headset mic in the OS Sound Settings, making it available. I understand the benefits of using the Jabra adapter, but I like the convenience of a quick direct Bluetooth setup.

Great all around headset so far
I was deciding between this and Dell's new pro headset. The jabra portability and low profile, as well as the ability to use it as a wired headset if need be, were intriguing. i was a bit nervous about some of the reports about the microphone cutting out with Teams and was ready to return this if need be. I have only had it a few days but have heavily used them on two different computers and have not had anyone report me cutting out. So far I am happy. Pros: Compact profile portable very lightweight good sound quality rich feature set cons: ANC is maybe a 6/10. this is my first noise cancelling headset and while it does "something" it is not like it will totalyy drown out a yelling kid. Maybe my expectations are too high though for an on-ear design. it would certainly take care of normal volume conversation though. maybe a little plasticy for the price, but I think this is part of the lightness equation. Jury is out on it holding up - but I am optimistic. In closing, this would be a tough call at the full price and I would have most definitely gone with something else, but at a discounted price it was close enough that the combination/tradeoffs were intriguing.

Top tier quality headset!
Fits very well. Functions 10/10, love the quality sound. Cheap compared to top tier headsets. I use this daily for work. battery lasts a looot! Connects via usb or wireless.

Short lifetime
My biggest gripe is the lifetime. Lasted maybe a year. Tops. Then started to exhibit symptoms like mic choppiness. It basically unusable. Jabra has been pretty solid in the past. Maybe I just got a lemon, but I'll go with other brands for now.

Comfort, clarity and smart design - all in one
This headset truly impressed me. The Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex is lightweight, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I love that it announces battery level and connected devices, and the software makes updates effortless. The folding microphone, compact design, and included case make it perfect for everyday use and travel. Sound quality is excellent, and calls are clear and natural. Very happy with this purchase - highly recommend.

The best business headphone (not for apple laptops)
Really different experience, cant imagine how much comfortable it is. Works good, sound and noice cancelations are good. Only issue I face is microphone has issues on MacBook air, but this is connection issue from apple. For others, it's perfect.
