Fram CH9972 Full-Flow Lube Cartridge Filter

Got the Fram Ultra for a Toyota Avalon which is a non-canister filter (element replacement only). As a result, replacement is messy and a pain. However, that is not the filters fault. The filter itself comes with quality rubber (or silicon?) end caps for good sealing (many "equivalent" filter for this vehicle including the K&N do not). The filter itself seems to be of high quality, and is rated for a long service life. I have switched from K&N to Fram Ultra on both of my cars now, as they seem to be a better value, at similar quality.

Había comprado aproximadamente 8 veces este producto y nunca había tenido este problema, el ultimo lo pedí en feb/2022 y resulta que no contiene el producto original, al parecer alguien se dio a la tarea de cambiar los filtros originales xg9972, por filtros de calidad media o baja, lo digo porque regrese este producto y hoy que acabo de recibir el remplazo del anterior, me doy cuenta que me vuelven a mandar lo mismo, ya solicité mi rembolso, cabe aclarar que estos filtros vienen de Guadalajara, mientras los anteriores venian de importación o de Monterrey, para que estén atentos. Actualización: compre nuevamente el producto el 29 de marzo y este llegó como se esperaba, ojala y siga pasando de la misma manera.

I've used a lot of different brand and quality filters for different cars over the years and Fram filters have aways done a great job. They are very reasonable in price and have always performed very well protecting my engines. I do change my oil and filters at 3k-5k miles but I like the piece of mind that this filter can protect my engine for up to 10k miles.

Purchased to do my own oil changes for 2015 Toyota Sienna and it seems to be a good quality firm filter. It does come with the 2 rubber o-rings and plastic screw on spout so has everything you need. Price is also good compared to the Toyota filter. I have used this filter many times already without any problems and will purchase again when needed.
